@@rebeccajohnson629I broke my humerus arm wrestling and rebroke it 5 months later racing my car. Went to a bone density scan and got diagnosed with osteopenia

Wow. This is a very good video. I learned a lot. My sister just got diagnosed with osteopenia and she is a heavy smoker and she vapes too at 75. Does heavy smoking and vaping contribute to bone loss?

I'm 44 year old man, I just found our I've osteopiena, I broke 4 bones playing football on four different occasions, it was then I got the dexa scan and found out.

My knee is paining and the knee is starting to bend can i use calcium tablets. Or Saracal -M

No not had any pain as of yet, are u sure u have got osteopenia? As that's when u break a bone and then bones become weak to break again. Have u been diagnosed with Osteoarthritis? That's when u have pain in all of Ur bones specially the joints

@@charf7136 yes now i know after listening to many interviews that I have osteomalacia. Because all those who gave Interview said that they don't have any pain in osteopenia or osteoporosis but the doctors don't give too much attention to the patient they just say take calcium supplement and Vitamin D they don't have interest in the problem even my family don't give that much attention. I feel frustrated. When I are you with doctor there ego comes forward.
