Level RN videos have found the magic way of giving students the “need to know” stuff and getting rid of the fluff and that helps with leaning and absorbing the HUGE amount of material that is covered in the short amount of time in nursing school!! Keep up the awesome work!!

I agree! I’m not even in nursing school yet and it was helpful to follow and understand. I got them all right! Easier than reading a book for hours and forgetting everything you read at the end. Lol

My DXR results in my arms are -3.1% but other parts of my body are around -2% I am boy and 30 years old asian. can be this difference in different parts of body? And can we say that I have Osteoporosis? (even though just my hands are less than -2.5%)

Crazy, they had musculskeleteal disorders by way of Kathy whom notwithstanding, sign relief's to people with supposedly, these problems. Ironically, it is a disorder that shows the human bones, it does not even come close to osteoporosis. Unless, you changed the vinue.

The calcium recommendations in the US are way off the recommendations in Europe and the World Health Organization (WHO). The European Medical Organization recommends 750 mg and the WHO recommends 500 mg for women after menopause. In the United States, the recommended amount of calcium is 1200 mg. The United States also has problems with heart disease resulting from high levels of calcium intake. Also it lands in breast tissue. Why do you keep recommending such high levels of calcium? The science doesn’t support it. You should be recommending a great diet instead, which includes legumes, large amounts of vegetables and fruits, cuts the highly processed foods and dairy (studies do not show net gain of calcium from dairy sources). Stick to the real science on this and stop fabricating. More is not better!
