When I was in high school, my friend ran a 4:03. He was 15 at the time. Soon after he got in a pretty bad car accident heading to a basketball game which ended his aspirations to compete.

You could for sure break 5. My PR is 4:56 indoors, but with more training it could be better

My PR is 4:47, and from all the stuff I see you do, you do like 10x the miles I do so I think you could easily beat that. Edit: Oh his race was on June 1st, what was his time?

How do you deal with shin splints ?? That’s the hardest thing for me to deal with 😫

Drink water and stretch pre race and don’t eat to much and don’t drink to much water or go out to fast
