It resides in the lowest part of the multiverse called The Below Place. TOBA's avatars are gamma beings such as Hulk, She-Hulk, Abomination, etc. The reason it's gamma beings is because in Immortal Hulk we learn that gamma energy is from the Below Place, opposite to the cosmic rays that gave the Fantastic Four's powers. Sorry for the long reply but that's about all with The One Below All.

They actually had a story like that years ago. Hulk and Banner separated and Bruce basically went on to become a super villain. He made a bunch of gamma monsters and lived on an island. They had to call in the Hulk to stop him.

I think I prefer the idea that they are both extreme and dangerous, but much like table salt being made of two deadly elements, combined they for a more stable and grounded entity. If separated they both become dangerous just in different ways.

This is still that. Banner has always subconsciously tweaked the hulks strength and held control over his rage. This has been a thing since the 90's and early 2000's. Also this isn't the devil hulk.

I have watched a lot of shorts about comics and comic book characters, but this one takes the cake. Straight to the point, concise, and thoughtful commentary on the character. You’ve earned my subscription, please continue to keep making more content like this.

Was this the onslaught saga?

When Bruce was working with Doc Sampson to unify his mind back in the 90s, he also had 3 distinct persona, which he identified as Glow, Goblin and Guardian. Glow was Bruce, Goblin was Grey Hulk. Green was called *Guardian.*

Im genuinely surprised this hasnt been brought up, i mean bruce banner being more dangerous then the hulk is a fantastic concept that gives us more to bruce banners character then just "the nerd who transforms into the hulk when he gets angry"

One of the best non toxic comment section I have seen

Pulled my heArt strings when the clip of hulk going" banner no" when he raises the level to maximum literally torturing the fit that's Been with him his whole life

This is a terrifying thought. Think about it. Think about how smart banner really is. The damage he could potentially cause vastly dwarves anything even world breaker hulk could cause.

Banner with Hulk, typically depressed but chill guy, also super smart. Banner without Hulk, either total pushover or the ideal super villian, still smart.

The fact this came after the immortal hulk made me a bit upset at the shift tbh

They should let hulk run separate from banner for a few years. Let him have some fun, make some friends or just let people see him when he's not angry in a fight.

Thats awesome. I want to read that now.

This was when the writing got a bit weird…that’s saying a lot for a Hulk title 😆

The invincible artstyle look fit so well

I remember a story like this. It was before Civil War 2, when Bruce and Hulk more or less split. Bruce took away every gamma powered person. Rick, Skar, Doc Samson, Betty, Jen, Rulk, Absorbing Man.

I enjoyed this video, I read all of the comments about it. Personally I like the “What If” Storylines or The “What If” Type of Storylines. It’s always cool to see a alternate story on Our Favorite Characters.😀

That's pretty interesting actually. Neat take on the splintered personalities.

As a fan of the comic books of all types for over 50 years I hate seeing these new rewrites that make no sense whatsoever and is literally impossible for these storyline to continue forward.

Yes hulk is what keeps banner in check, we can see this on several occations, i dont remember the comic but after world war hulk, banner and hulk was seperated by dr doom and banner became like he's father, a crazy maniacal genius while hulk became a monk basicly, or future inperfect where banner takes controll and becomes maestro a "evil" future hulk, and yes then starship hulk.

When they show Banner without the Hulk and he's literally just Radioactive Man, It's some of the more terrifying moments in a hulk comic, because it just proves that Banner keeps the muscle memory.

That's one of the most interesting comic premises I've ever heard, and I've read quite a bit of creative writing.

😮 yea comics unlocked inspired me. I think it could be done with almost anything tbh. But I have a friend who tried to do the same thing but it hasn't had quite the same success. I would advise learning everything you can about the behind the scenes stuff. Check out pro KZreadrs like Matt Parr and others.

I haven't had a raise in like 4 years 😢 but this pushed me to keep trying with KZread so maybe 1 day I could quite my day job but unfortunately the money so far on the channel is like maybe minimum wage, all time considered it's not even. At least that goes for the shorts. Now I am about to try long form but I'm scared it may hurt the channel but we shall see. Maybe it will boost it but idk.

Banner spends 90% of his time on the run and staying away from civilization and 10% as the hulk, yet he's still in the top 5 smartest people in the world. Imagine if he actually had time to spend working on science. Pretty much Reed Richards and the Thing had a baby that was stronger and smarter than them.

I can see Banner being more dangerous than Hulk. Hulk destroys whoever angers him in that moment. Banner can take revenge on anyone who has wronged him.

Starship Hulk is kinda like the fucked up version of Smart Hulk from the MCU if Banner chose to dominate the hulk instead of co-operate

Thats brilliant. Whats worse? The hulk and his mistakes or a bruce banner set loose with the fury of a hulk?

So I looked it up hulk did exist before the gamma radiation and the radiation is what gave him his physical form, Skinny hulk might just be Hulk’s true form without the radiation.

Have we ever seen normal, human form Bruce with the abilities of the hulk, being that they have the same body?

But if what we know is true, the Hull is tge results of his dad experimenting on himself with gamma compounds before Bruce birth, the exposure to the gamma blast is what created the hulk manifestation. This would not make sense as the hulk is as much aprt of Bruce as his heart is.

So basically if we didn't have bullies to put them in their place, nerds would conquer the world and destroy us all.

Same story where he put himself into a chamber to continue fighting so not to harm the real world but inadvertently been in the real world fighting a real ironman who hollowed out a celestial and makes himself a new suit and the same storyline where thor becomes angrier and allows hulk to pick his hammer Plus it gave us devil hulk and titan hulk both are the previous hulks hulk if that makes sense Think a hulk inspection, banner is level 1, then you got the basic green giant but then you have devil and titan and all because the 1 below/above all has him as their favorite toy

So only Legion can stop him

The comic doesn't say hulk is "the identity of his rage" - the word isn't not ID, it's id. As in the psychological concepts of id, ego and superego.

So the hulk is now a megazord and banner is the pilot 😂

What if the Hulk fought the Thor who mastered his fists?

Isn’t that Hulk’s purpose at the first place, being a ship for banner? Or similarly to Naruto and Kurama.
