In just this one 28 minute episode I felt the same joy as I did with the first Avengers movie! This is absolutely an Avengers team I would love to follow. I also love that they got Atandwa Kani who played young T’Chaka in the first movie (who was the real life son of the original T’Chaka John Kani) to reprise his role for this. And we got to see Laurence Fishburne’s Goliath in uniform finally!

The only problem with this episode is that the third act feels too fast, with a few more minutes it would be a perfect episode. Although I have to say that just like visions S2 is an improvement over the previous season, I think it will be the same with what if, they have started off very well.

I'm loving that team formation and I do hope that they come back for a later story. I agree with Jaby that a team like this would make a really good live action movie. Also that Sebastian Stand Down was actually pretty funny. 🤣 I'm still wondering if they're going to do another major crossover between the individual stories or might go a bit smaller and only have two or three of the universes come together for a story confronting a big villain or group of villains. It'd be nice if it's a villain or villains we haven't seen yet as an early glimpse of characters that would be seen later in a live action project. The Masters of Evil (Radioactive Man, Whirlwind, Moonstone, Grey Gargoyle, Quicksand and Absorbing Man) lead by Count Nefaria would be interesting. Enjoyed the reaction and looking forward to watching your next one. 👍👍✌ out

Tbh, I thought this episode would originally pick up from last season's episode: what if T'challa became star lord?....in that case Thanos and ravagers become good, decent beings due to the peace indoctrination via T'challa across the galaxy, but Peter Quill is taken in by Ego directly instead of the ravagers

Like Jaby, I know most peoples gut reaction is to want this live action but honestly I think things tend to go wrong in Live action movies these days. I don't know what it is but What IF is rocking it right now and I think they are just gonna ruin things when it gets to live action. I'm enjoying the heck outta this animated show that seems to be incorporating some elements from anime in it's action scenes and I don't get why people just can't be happy about what we are getting as it is without rehashing things in live action form I mean is it really even live action anymore when 80% or more is cgi anyways?

A lot of people keeps talking about how this season is better than the 1st season..that's what happens when you give shows time to breathe, adjust and develop. Some of the greatest TV shows had to be tweak, reformatted and adjust. But people expect everything to be perfect and a hit right out the gate and they have no patience for anything. Seinfeld was a bottom ten show its 1st couple of years so was a lot of others. Maybe this will make reactors more patience and stop being overly critical when they watch things.....naw it won't..I like this channel reaction to this unlike your brother and Coy's, they have a habit of putting down things in order to uplift things they like about this.i couldn't take them for the 100th time saying how this season is so much better than last season even though it's been only two episodes
