Almond ko kabhi skin ke saath nahi khaate..uski skin me antinutrients hote hai jo almonds ke nutrients ko absorb nahi hone dete.. isiliye humesha se soaked almonds peel karke khaate hai.. Don't mind but pls take more knowledge about food and its combinations
