    26:33 I remember when I first saw this video a few years ago. Being an ancap who greatly respected Napolitano, as I still do, I was almost in tears after he delivered the "Do you see me denying anything?" line. Napolitano is the H. L. Mencken of our day: a popular conservative voice that is unafraid of the black flag.

    Would change one word. Humanity, i use to say. Mankind is now what i say....UN, seems to have humanity..although Jus Cogens uses same. Both quite good, although God created man.... therefore i stick with the scriptural word.

    If he were appointed to that office according to that God damned piece of paper called the Constitution, his only duty is to preside over the impeachment of The President of the United States. Article 1 sec.3 clause 6 "6 The Senate shall have the sole Power to try all Impeachments. When sitting for that Purpose, they shall be on Oath or Affirmation. When the President of the United States is tried, the Chief Justice shall preside: And no Person shall be convicted without the Concurrence of two thirds of the Members present." There are no provisions for justices in Article III. only judges. And there are no Article III courts in existence.

    That would be great, but, unfortunately, MOST LIKELY such will NEVER happen. He's too old ... because NO POTUS would "waste" a SCOTUS selection on someone who, by actuarial statistics, most likely will not be there for more than a decade. Note: this video was made in 2010 and now [2018] he is almost 70 years old.

    Because the Constitution was ultimately to be enforced be SECESSION, by an act of the state's PEOPLE. Not by the whims of several judges. The USA was an international union, like the UN; not national like the UAE. No nation enforces the UN Charter soley by going to the UN World Court.

    Why they fire Judge Napolitano? I think he is a heroes. Government needs to let him be a Supreme Court. Government should not cover up the real things Judge Napolitano saying! This country no justice lately why?

    I feel the same and I'm not even American! I would love to one day become a US Citizen, but given that I'm not part of any migrant caravan, or a Mexican , my chances are slim to none.

    It's all written in history. People dont know anything because they dont research anything. They wait til someone else researches it and tells them. That's how it's gotten so perverted in the first place. Then those who dont know anything think they know as much as those who do and that everything is based on opinion instead of fact.

    amazing speech!!! he's a great speaker and teacher. he really knows how to explain things in an easy to understand way, and hes good at keeping the students interested by throwing in some entertainment in an otherwise strictly educational process, such as when he embarrassed those two girls, asked others questions, kissed that guy on the forehead LOL and perfectly blended his own experience, real world examples, and several accounts of history, all weaved into a humorous entertaining experience

    for those who attended the speech as well as us youtubers!!! I personally enjoyed this video and i learned a lot from it. This man has some very admirable traits. Hes brave, honest, respectful and he stands for the constitution, which for years seemed to be a rare thing, but now it appears the tide is turning because a lot more people are standing up for the constitution and their rights and liberty!!! and that can be attributed to men like this, who are able to stand strong and fight for

    In addressing the Congressman on healthcare.. “Where in the Constitution is it prohibited to implement healthcare...”. The 10th Amendment in the Bill of Rights prohibits it. It is the States responsibility to do so. Not the Federal government.

    Wow, Judge Napolitano is an anarchist. I've always had massive respect for him as an esteemed lawyer with an unwavering adherence to individual liberty, personal responsibility, universal morality and ethics. I used to watch him on Fox news all the time and pretty much agree with everything he said. I have a new and even greater respect for Judge Napolitano who takes those American values and principles that final step towards anarchism. I like the statement given by the audience member; "I think you're an anarchist and just don't know it yet." I believe that about everyone I talk to.

    I know this might sound crazy but. There are three people that could start a lasting change and they are Ron Paul, judge Andrew and jesse Ventura. They're most likely the only three that haven't been bought and payed for. They could start another movement. The problem I see is that the whole game is corrupt and broken and that's the only game in town.

    We should have the courage to face reality . The founders drew up a wonderful ideological document which we used to induce intellectual blindness and rationalization of crimes against humanity inflicted on so many through out our history . I am impressed with the ideology and idealism its just been used to deceive ourselves into thinking we are something we are not which is a just society having ' equality under the law ' . " Welcome to the reservation " is a phrase used by Russel Means and I could not agree more about it when it comes to modern society . I think it is better to be humble we need our God's compassion and mercy Peace .

    The people are given a curriculum for education drafted by the Education Department. Textbooks are written to meet the ED's requirements. The US has fallen steadily in the world as a leader in academics. We are something like 25th in ranking. The people running our government are not highly educated or knowledgable, they are not even average by global standards. They are idealists, bullies, arrogant and incompetent visionaries, who believe that people are a market commodity. What's the Constitution? A piece of paper. Wise up people, and don't be afraid to email these fascist dictators and educate them on their role in government and their future role will not be sustainable by virtue of the Constitution. Good speak Judge.
