Very good effort. But there is a suggestion, it’s not good to break the fast with fruit , if you do so there will be glucose spike . Best practice is eat something green( vegetables) , then protein,then carb .

Vini,keep going dear .. I was 85 before 1 1/2 years ago After getting COVID on 2020 I had hypertension,hyper Acidity.so I controlled diet and reduced 8 kg.But I want to start IMF.Now I have no high risk of hypertension,,undercontrol. I tried IMF but of this acidity problem I can't fast for these long hours only with water .I am in qatar pls suggest a suitable way according .Daily doing yoga,Fitness work outs at home itself.I searched and consulted with many sources but under great confusion.I think you can help me. I am 42 years old.

Green tea ഫുഡ് കഴിച്ചു കഴിഞ്ഞു എടുക്കുന്നതാണ് നല്ലതു..ചിലർക്കു heart burn / acidity ഉണ്ടാകുന്നുണ്ട്. Fasting break ചെയ്യാൻ badham അല്ലെങ്കിൽ boiled egg / chia seed ലെമൺ water കുടിക്കുന്നതാണ് നല്ലതു. Cucumber പോലെയുള്ള veggies ഉം use ചെയ്യാം
