Make sure you don’t have any underlying health issues. I tried IF and it made me hypoglycaemic.. and weak . Now I just check portion size . Good luck 🤞🏼

I too am doing intermittent fasting, eating at the time period allowed with pickles, pappads etc and never after 7pm. It's all in the mind. My parents always tell eat when you r in hungry but not force yourself with timetable. Eat whatever you want with a happy mind, eat n exercise like our parents n grand parents did, then only it shows overall. It's true, everything changes with positivity, humbleness etc. Do it for yourself to keep yourself healthy but not to get appreciation. Stay blessed dear.

I have been following Intermittent fasting for about 11/2 years and the superb outcomes has inspired my family to follow. SO now it's going to b a permanent feature.All members lost about 10 kgs. However I follow 8 n 16 hour eating windows and eat whatever I want only at the eating windows.I found eating even a small snack in between contributes to weight gain.For speedy weight loss eat a heavy n balanced meals that includes carbohydrates, proteins, fats,vitamins n minerals

ഞാൻ start ചെയ്തു ഇന്ന് 3day ആണ്.... ഞാൻ 16hrs ആണ്....5ആകുമ്പോൾ stop ചെയ്യും... നിങ്ങൾ പറഞ്ഞത് എല്ലാം correct ആണ്.... ചേച്ചി... എന്റെ Dr ഇന്നലെ പറഞ്ഞു ജിരക വെള്ളം കുടിക്കാൻ അപ്പോൾ effect കുടും body ക്കു എന്ന്... ഇന്നലെ ഞാൻ ആ വെള്ളം ആണ് കുടിച്ചത് വിശപ്പു തോന്നുന്നേ ഇല്ല....
