First of all thankuuu so much Vini ചേച്ചി 🙏🙏🙏🙏... ചേച്ചി വളരെ detail ആയിട്ടാണ് ചേച്ചി ഈ കാര്യങ്ങൾ പറഞ്ഞു തന്നത്.. കുറച്ചു പേരെങ്കിലും തടി കാരണം വിഷമിച്ചിരിക്കുന്നുണ്ടാവും.. അവർക്കും എനിക്കും use ആയിട്ടുള്ള vdo ആണ്... .Over weight aanu ഞാനും.. Diet ചെയ്തിട്ടുണ്ട്. കുറച്ചു days diet ചെയ്യും നല്ല food കണ്ടാൽ പിന്നെ അത് stop ചെയ്യും അതാണ് ഞാൻ ചെയ്തിരുന്നത്.. Food Control ചെയ്യാൻ പറ്റാത്ത ഒരു അവസ്ഥ.. Food ഒന്നും കഴിക്കാതെ ക്ഷീണിച്ചിട്ട് ബെഡിൽ നിന്നും എഴുന്നേൽക്കാൻ പോലും പറ്റാതെ വന്നിട്ടുണ്ട് പല പ്രാവശ്യം... ഇപ്പോഴും ഞാൻ നല്ല over weight ആണ്.. ഇത് ഞാൻ എന്തായാലും try ചെയ്യുന്നതാണ് എന്നിട്ട് result എന്തായാലും പോസ്റ്റ് ചെയ്യും ഒരു 3months കഴിഞ്ഞ് 😍... ഞാൻ കുറച്ചു കാലമായി ഇതാണ് follow ചെയ്യുന്നത് 16 hrs fasting and 8 hr eating Hormonal issues കാരണം weight gaining ആയിരുന്നു ഇപ്പൊ 71 ഇൽ maintain ചെയ്തു പോണു 65 ആണ് target but മെല്ലെ കുറഞ്ഞാൽ മതി എന്നാ തീരുമാനം... Evening half hour നടക്കും രാവിലെ 10 to 15 സൂര്യ നമസ്കാരം ചെയ്യും പിന്നെ വീട്ടിലെ എല്ലാ പണികളും ഉണ്ടല്ലോ.. Diet as you said എനിക്കും ആകെ സങ്കടം ആണ്.. ഇഷ്ടമുള്ള food മുമ്പിൽ ഇരിക്കുമ്പോ കഴിക്കാതിരിക്കുക എങ്ങനെ.. പിന്നെ മധുരം അത് ഒട്ടും. ഒഴിവാക്കാൻ പറ്റില്ല ഇപ്പൊ എല്ലാം കഴിക്കും but portion control ഉണ്ട്.. Keep going 👍👍 one year before ഞാനും വളരെ bothered ആയിരുന്നു weight gain കണ്ടിട്ട്.. അങ്ങനെ ആണ് എനിക്ക് പറ്റുന്ന IF ലേക്ക് എത്തിയത്

ചേച്ചിയുടെ സംസാരം വളരെ ഇഷ്ടപ്പെട്ടു. ഞാൻ 74 kg ആയിരുന്നു. ചേച്ചി പറഞ്ഞ പോലെ ഞാനും കുറച്ച് ഭക്ഷണം കുറച്ചു. ഇപ്പം 68 Kg എത്തി, ചോറ് നന്നായി കുറച്ചു. ഇപ്പം നല്ല സുഖമുണ്ട്. മധുരം കവിവതും ഒഴിവാക്കി.

@@viniskitchen9947 Include Quinoa daily.. If you can replace rice with quinoa better.. It's high protein and high fiber.. You won't have constipation too.. Do try variety of quinoa recipes, fried rice, tomato quinoa, quinoa like poha, cutlet etc.. Its tasty only and highly nutritious.. You can have it with all types of curries and poriyal you make at home.. I have like that.... And Rice during special occasions like Sunday biriyani etc.. I have to reduce from 68-58 ...For me also 16 hours fasting doesn't work that much.. Like 20 hours fasting..

Cauliflower rice is also a good option. You will feel like you are eating rice. Tasty too. I dont like the taste of quinoa so i go for cauliflower rice and broccoli rice.
