Week 6: 12 Week Exercise Oncology Program

Welcome to Week 6 of the Health & Wellness Lab's 12 Week Exercise Oncology Program! In Week 6 Nicole takes us through three circuits, demonstrating some new progressions and exercises!
This 12 week program includes three circuit style rounds adapted from our evidence based ACE Baseline program for individuals living with cancer. You are intended to complete each week's video in this series twice a week for the program's 12 week duration.

Week 6 Circuits: 2 sets x 60 seconds
Circuit 1:
Squats
Seated or Standing Row
Tandem Walk or Single Leg balance
High Knees or Jog in Place
Circuit 2:
Side Lunge
Lateral Raise
In-In-Out-Out
Circuit 3:
Mini Dead Bug (Alternative: Seated Dead Bugs)
Side Plank (Alternative: Wall Side Plank or Standing Crunches)
Clam Shells (Alternative: Standing Hip Abduction)
