Welcome to Week 11 of the Health & Wellness Lab's 12 Week Exercise Oncology Program! This week, Sarah takes us through three circuits!
This 12 week program includes three circuit style rounds adapted from our evidence based ACE Baseline program for individuals living with cancer. You are intended to complete each week's video in this series twice a week for the program's 12 week duration.

Step-ups
Bicep Curl to Shoulder Press
Monster Walks
Jumping Jacks or Speed Skaters
Circuit 2:
Side Lunges
Bent Over Row + Tricep Kickbacks
Dipping Bird
The "Jess" Cardio
Circuit 3:
Chest Fly
Supine Hamstring Curl
Dead Bugs
