Welcome to Week 9 of the Health & Wellness Lab's 12 Week Exercise Oncology Program! This week, Julianna takes us through three circuits!
This 12 week program includes three circuit style rounds adapted from our evidence based ACE Baseline program for individuals living with cancer. You are intended to complete each week's video in this series twice a week for the program's 12 week duration.

Step Ups
One Arm Lateral Raise
Single Leg Pass Balance
Skater Step Cardio
Circuit 2:
Bent Over Row
Calf Raises
Banded Palof Press
Freestyle Cardio
Circuit 3:
Chest Press (From laying or from seated*)
Glute Bridge March (or Glute Kickbacks*)
Dead Bug (From laying or from wall*)
*modified exercises are provided in the top left hand corner for applicable exercises
