Week 7: 12 Week Exercise Oncology Program

Welcome to Week 7 of the Health & Wellness Lab's 12 Week Exercise Oncology Program! This week, Julia takes us through three circuits, demonstrating some new progressions and exercises!
This 12 week program includes three circuit style rounds adapted from our evidence based ACE Baseline program for individuals living with cancer. You are intended to complete each week's video in this series twice a week for the program's 12 week duration.

Circuit 1:
Sumo Squats
Push Ups
Single Leg Hip Abduction
Mountain Climbers
Circuit 2:
Reverse Fly
Calf Raises
Bicep Curls and Tricep Kickbacks
Freestyle Cardio
Circuit 3:
Glute Bridges
Dead Bugs
Side Plank

    Great class. Thank you so much Julia. We were turned on to these classes by Reegan Garrett of Inspire Health in Vancouver. They give us an extra class on every weekend and we enjoy them alot.
