Welcome to Week 8 of the Health & Wellness Lab's 12 Week Exercise Oncology Program! This week, Jess takes us through three circuits!
This 12 week program includes three circuit style rounds adapted from our evidence based ACE Baseline program for individuals living with cancer. You are intended to complete each week's video in this series twice a week for the program's 12 week duration.
