Thanks Levi. BTW when the Hurricane Hunters came to my town last month, many of the crew along with the local NWS office spoke very highly of you and Tropical Tidbits. In fact the Hurricane Hunters are loyal followers of you!!!🙂

Appreciate you mentioning the Caribbean expected impact in detail.
Thanks Levi! The presentation is always on point. Taking complex scientific factors and explaining them to the masses is invaluable for those of us in the SouthEast!

Dr. Cowan, you’re the best.❤ Love from Pensacola Beach Florida .❤️🌊🐠🏝
Thanks Levi, really really appreciate the frequent updates.
The hurricane hunter plane has confirmed the NHC wind estimates with flight level winds of about 60kts and SFmR radar winds of 50-55kts. This early start to the season in the main development region will lead to increases in ocean heat storage by reducing upwelling along the northern coast of South America and moving heat northwards and downwards on the north side of the storm track. The cool wake along the storm track will be gone in a week or 2. This is one reason why an early start of the season in the MDR is a sign of a busier than average hurricane season ahead.
Great info as always, Levi. Some of us follow you closely for more detailed info than you may know - it's incredibly appreciated.
Huge thank you Dr Cowan as you are the rockstar of the meterologists they all adore you and we look forward to your next video. Glad Bret did not become a hurricane ...Invest 93L and Bret has made june history somewhere I heard we haven't had 2 storms in atlantic areas back to back and a 3rd one on way to becoming possible "Don". Starting way too early this looks like late july/august. Hope atlantic relaxes towards end of july for awhile.
Awesome video as always, Dr. Levi!

I started "Sea Thru Kayaks" on St. Croix Virgin Islands in 2009, First company in the world to do night Bioluminescent Bay tours in completely clear see through kayaks. " Hurricane Hunters " crew were my customers year after year, they loved the tour. I kept requesting they take me up into a Hurricane on their plane but alas i never got that ride.

@@boldasalion6436 I also did a lighted night tour called the "Creepy Crawler Critter Hunt". Florida now has this as I was copied by others on everything I did.. I used a different Kayak with only a see through bottom, attached 5,000 lumen light rods to kayaks underside and powered them with a motorcycle battery and went out looking for nocturnal marine life. Both my tours got lots of press from newspapers, and magazines and the Creepy tour ended up with a feature article in American Airlines in-flight magazine. Sold the company 4 years ago and retired to Puerto Rico with great surfbreaks right out my backdoor. I'm 73 years old and still play hard,, I surf, hike, bike, weight lift 5 days a week, still get in fist fights and love to chase single women LOL

Thank you so much. Bret seems like it will be OK for us so far (keep us posted, please) and the other should be OK, too. Thanks so much for your videos.

Thank you for the analysis. I have to say that I miss the birds today 😁
Haven't seen one of your updates in a long time. Almost feels nostalgic! Thanks Levi.
What tool do you use to draw on the screen?
I have a 14 year old son that you have influenced to learn more about meteorology. He watches your videos before i do and gives me the lowdown.

Great info as usual. Is there an analog year to look at for 2023 or is it shaping up to be anomalous?
