Okay, *thank you* in this video for clarifying that raking the product through your hair actually makes it curlier even though it *looks* like it’s going to straighten it! I’ve been consuming curly hair info since 2018 and whenever gals talk about raking product through their hair as a method, I’ve always assumed their curl pattern was curlier than mine so I couldn’t do that without losing definition buuuut I tried it after your video and my hair was curlier right off the bat *and* less weighed down with product than when I scrunch it in. Thank you!!!! 🤗

I always knew I had wavy hair, but never knew I needed to treat it more like curly hair and think my hair has not been properly hydrated or taken care of for the 37 years I have been alive. I didn't actually realize it until I started watching your videos. I am excited to see my curl pattern emerge more and see how it looks when properly taken care of. Thank you for making videos. They have really helped me to understand how to take care of my hair.

Your hair turned out so lovely. I have 3b curls mostly all over but I do notice that the sections near the front tend to be looser and stretch out into waves. I like to play around with scrunching those sections when I want more defined curls or doing more of a beachy wave sometimes. It's fun to experiment with different techniques and products

What is simply incredible is that I have exactly the same curl pattern. I never diffuse and let them dry naturally, sometimes I obtain wavy sometimes I obtain wavy/curly, i think it really depends on the weather and also which products I use.

As a 90s baby with curly hair, I’m a side-part-forever kinda gal too. I just do NOT dig the middle part on me - I look like a cocker spaniel. I am more of a curly/defined waves kind of person. But it definitely takes more effort, so some days my hair turns out more beachy-waves anyways and I try to go with it.

I personally can’t do the effortless beachy style because my hair is so long if I style it in Such a carefree manner it simply falls “straight” due to the weight of it🤷🏼‍♀️so if I’m not gonna take the time to do finger coils(large ones ain’t nobody got time for the tiny ones) I just let my hair be naked🤣

India-gorgeous!! I am having issues finding products. I would like to use less sulfates and silicones but every time I do I feel like it’s worse.. I have 2b 2c coarse hair that’s in between wavy and curly. My hair tends to love emollients more over humectants because of where I live. I have cut out ingredients like glycerin and shea butter and my hair is happy. Are there any shampoo and conditioners you recommend that help an oily scalp with dry ends without glycerin, shea butter, and coconut oil? My hair doesn’t need protein it prefers moisture but I do need that balance. Smaller proteins work best. Good to see you again!

I'm actually surprised that your brushed out side curled up more. I thought you must have done some denman brush styling with it before drying. I would get the total opposite effect, my brushed out hair gets more beachy and if I don't brush at all after my shower I get more curls. I prefer my wavy sections to my curly sections.

Hey! I also have super fine hair (you can only tell when it’s wet) and the oil I use is the red pimento oil on Amazon! I just use the tiniest bit through my scalp and massage that in, it shampoos out with no problem and doesn’t weigh my hair down! It’s the only one I use now, and I still get volume after. Plus it’s cheap enough to try, even if it doesn’t work for you. Hope this helps :)

What brand is your diffuser? As a curly/wavy girl who hated her hair for far to long I'm learning to embrace it and maybe even love it with the right products.

Hi....I love your hair but I think I like your personality more. I just started embracing my curls/waves since we moved to Canada 🇨🇦 I didn't really have a choice .🙃. I really need help. My hair is a total mess. I've watched a lot of videos and everyone gives different advise an recommend different products. I have a few products at home and others on order. I would like to see if some of these can work for me if used correctly before I throw it out.(stuff is expensive). I know that this is already a long msg but I really need help. I don't see that these products have protein in it unless there is another fancy name for it. I have very fine thin hair with a lot of frizz and my top layer almost always looks dry, tangled and dead. I highlighted my hair 6 months ago. John Frieda - violet crush for blondes shampoo & conditioner (1 every 2 weeks) Frizz ease dream curls shampoo & conditioner (regularly) Miracle curls - frizz taming cream and scrunch hair spray Verb - Ghost oil Evo - Liquid rollers curl balm On order - Verb curl leave-in conditioner Jon Frieda frizz ease dream curls styling foam.

Purchased. Unfortunately, the discount code was invalid. The products smell fantastic!! Like men’s cologne. The curl cream basically straightened my hair. I could not entice a curl after putting it on, no matter what I did. I have wavy hair. I want to return it. But I love the pop & conditioner!

Dabur Amla oil is the best oil to use. You can actually see a change in hairgrowth in a month and the shiniest hair ever. I live in SA and all the Indian ladies use this oil in their hair from childhood. Go check it out. You get different kinds of Amla Oil's but the Dabur brand is the best

@s a Hi yes with time. And also how often you oil. I'm 54 and have very curly hair and very long. I do a mixture of oils cover it with a satin bonnet and leave it on overnight. It makes my hair so shiny
