Um....yeah you dont know if your hair will be pretty or Medusa. Seriously you can do the exact same thing every time but it turns out totally different.

I would love to see you do a non-sponsored updated hair routine, I feel like most of your hair related content recently has been sponsorships (honestly not meant as a criticism & nothing against ads, I still trust your opinions regardless but it just doesn’t feel the same as a viewer)

It's just her natural hair. It's big, sexy hair! Her crowning glory. Used to take me about 45 min. to get big curly hair. LOL. My hair is straighter. But gosh now people have all sorts of diff styles and colors! I wouldve been in heaven to have all the hair products and cosmetics that are avail now 😁

I've always thought my hair was mostly straight so I just flat ironed it to get the wave out. Never thinking I had wavy hair. I've tried the CGM a time or two and gave up. I just order most of these products and can't wait to try it again. The more I watch videos like these the more it gives me hope.

You are absolutely so gorgeous and what a great personality. I am 64 years old and have let my hair go gray. I have always flat ironed my hair because I did not like my curl wave pattern. I am trying to embrace my curls but I am struggling with days after wash day. I have just purchased a silk pillow case. I constantly move and change position at night so I appreciate the different ideas on how to deal with it at night. My hair is to the bottom of my neck and I will not have it any longer that this because of my age and I am short. I have been trying all kinds of products and have not really found the perfect products for my hair. I will try the not your Mothers curl line and see if it works for me. Thank you for the info.

Is it not drying/ not crunchy? I avoid gels for those reasons

You have the same exact hair as me! The same wave pattern and how the underneath of our hair does not curl up the same

Yes!!! Someone finally said that they can have a hard time with root volume with sulfate-free shampoos! I wash my hair 3 days a week, and use a sulfate shampoo one of those days...sometimes I may wait two weeks, instead of once a week. The only difference for me is my scalp does NOT like creamy/pearly shampoos, so I use the curl talk shampoo every once in a while just so I don't waste it!

I just started my journey and I’m already getting results with NYM repair and curl moisturizer shampoo and conditioner. My hair loves to switch shampoo so I have three NYM on rotation

I have hair that goes from 2b to 3a and it drives me crazy. I have had my hair up in a bun for the last year because we couldn’t go to the salons. I finally went out to get a haircut and some color and I can’t get my hair to do anything. I need a new hair are line and I need to figure out how to bring my waves/curls back. I just opened KZread and found you. I am to the point where I am headed to getting my hair cut shorter to start from the beginning.

India I don't know if you've ever heard of the company Grace Eleyae before, but they make what they call a Slap, which is their version of a satin lined bonnet. They make an adjustable one that may help you with your bonnet falling off at night.

I honestly need to try these out. I never liked moose because it just made my hair frizzy and half of it stright while the other half curly/wavy and hel always leaved a texture in my hair that i never liked so i usually just wash my hair and out alittle oil or leave in conditioner😂😂 leaved me with slight waves and some curls

I'm loving your videos, I have blonde slightly fine hhair.My hair is more 3c or 4. I Have tried a few of your routines with the shea moisture pre poo conditioner and castor oil after conditioner and my Hair is much improved. Going to try some of the not your daughters products. Your gorgeous, but I'll be happy just to have your hair lol

Your hair always looks so great! I got my hair cut and balayaged yesterday and it’s a ton shorter than I expected or asked for so I’m dying a bit inside. I love this line, but I’m wondering if I’m using it incorrectly. I only use the cleansing oil as a shampoo. Am I supposed to followup with the shampoo in the same wash? Have you ever tried Miss Jessie’s Jelly Soft Curls? I love it so much that I can’t bring myself to try the Curl Talk gel. I’m also loving Marc Anthony’s Strictly Curls Curl Defining Lotion. Those have been my go tos lately. I like the Plump for Joy because it smells heavenly and really works but it gives me a ton of white dots so I’ve been using Ogx Biotin & Collagen lately. Leaves less residue than even Batiste. Wondering your take on these products. I don’t have hair as thick as yours anymore (I know you say you don’t have thick hair but it’s thick like mine used to be compared to what it is now) but I’ve found these products work for me along with some of the Curl Talk line. Haven’t tried their hair mask because my Target was out of it but I love the container - much easier than digging a mask out of a tub.
