That man is an idiot. He called a woman who committed adultery, murdered her own children and several of her previous husbands "loving." Think about that. He also claims "Lori saw Chas as Jesus." HELLO?!?!? Since when did Jesus Christ commit adultery, the murder of a spouse, and the murders of innocent children? He uttered two of the most profoundly asinine statements I have ever heard an attorney make in a court of law. He wins the award for counsel exhibiting a lack of intelligence and integrity, in my opinion.

Neither prove murder. Thinking or the constitution isn't your bag is it? Both only prove they were found dead dismembered and with tape on the face. That doesn't prove she killed them or that anyone else did. Don't get me wrong here. We know Alex and Chad killed those kids, but no one knows how or when. Not even the police. We can't even prove with evidence who killed them. We can only assume. That isn't the way our justice system was supposed to work. But now that it has, it will forevermore convict people without evidence based solely on emotions and detectives inability to do their job. Shame on this jury. Shame. This isn't justice. This just made victims of of all Americans.

@@phillipstroll7385 the writings in the Bible are intended, to understand the “spirit” of the law, not the actual words spoken. Are we to cut out our eye or cut off our arm if we sin? No! But the concept/spirit is to remove oneself from one’s sin, learn the path of righteousness for its sake and turn to our loving and merciful God for help. Man is not a God - God knows this and only asks that WE realize it and in times of trouble turn to Him. It is impossible to understand a passage of Scripture in isolation, and it is exegetically irresponsible to do so. The concept in Deuteronomy, is for parents to attempt to keep their children on the straight path and when in trouble, turn to the elders for wise assistance. This not only assists the parents but the child as well to insure he is not being sabotaged unfairly. You are conflating the words spoken with the spirit of the intent. It takes eyes to see, and an aware spirit to comprehend. Please ask the Lord to provide you with such items. In addition, its important to understand that all covenants made after the initial which was written in Gods own hand, were less than the original. The Israelites continued to fall into grievous sin. Hence the insane compromises made by Moses. Hence Jesus often preached “Moses said this… but I say to you…” bringing new law to the people. No elements can be used in a vacuum. Rather, the whole of the Bible must be incorporated for actual understanding of THE LOVING God. Wishing you peace:)❤

The laws need to change so that after conviction, when it doesn't effect anything except sentencing victims can make any statement they want, including comments about the defendant behavior in and out of court. I'm sure some victims don't bother making a statement because of these restaurants, which seems at odds with the "right to free speech" in the constitution.

Neither Lori nor Chad had near death experiences as far as we know. Chad wrote novels on that subject and then when he formed his little group he said they were real. As for killing Tylee because she was in pain? A lot of people have chronic pain and don’t want to die especially happy 17 yr olds. Sounds very similar to Brian Laundry who said he killed poor Gabby because she was in pain. Can’t they come up with something logical for a change? Lori is all about her and how she has a real relationship with Jesus that no one else does.. well “exhaled goddess" 🤮🤮🤮🤮 enjoy the rest of your life in prison.

Bingo. In interviews with people who knew Chad before Lori (including his own family), it is evident that he fully admitted that everything that he was publishing was fiction, and claimed zero near-death experiences. Even when he started publishing Julie Rowe’s books, initially he behaved like a normal person. Chad’s trigger was apparently (and initially) greed and fame. He got to see firsthand how good Julie’s books sold in their niche little community and how revered she was in some circles for the complete nonsense she was claiming. He saw the monetary gain and he was the potential celebrity, the speaking gigs at their little conventions, the sudden adoring followers. And all he had to do was lie about having died, and rebrand his former fiction books as “nonfiction visions.” And Lori never claimed anything of the sort up until she met him. Even after they met it took a second before she got the guts to start claiming hitherto unacknowledged NDEs. You can practically track the sources of this convenient little lie, the way that it spread, and even its origins.

Lori is insane, not a bit of that is biblical - justice is served. She can hopefully see the light behind the walls and repent and turn her life around but in no way does she deserve any freedom ever after her actions. Calling Tammy her friend and saying she loves her is sick.

Where was the hope and love and compassion for Tammy and JJ and Tylee? And let’s not forget Charles. Where was the hope and love and compassion for the victims families and friends and loved ones? Lori, Chad and Alex took everything from them. She was driven by all three of the most common factors to do what she did and what she conspired to do. Lust, greed and power. So let her take her beautiful inspirations and love to every inmate she comes into contact with. Let her go be a great teacher to all the inmates she can help. Let her do that in prison for life.
