But listening to the absolute non important drivel from her I wonder what deal was to be made with her. Her testimony makes her sound like she knows nothing! I mean yeah she still could have had a deal and she didn’t keep up her end of the bargain and we could hear her having charges in the future. But this testimony to me, just sounds like the same stuff we’ve heard from others. We’ve talked about Charles death and Boyce let that testimony in so why didn’t Lindsey hit her with Brandon!? In one of the clips, you briefly hear her say that she withdrew $50k cash, so Ian's ex-wife didn't know how much money they REALLY had. She did that because he had a child support hearing approaching & they didn't want the courts, Ian's ex, or his kids to have additional funds. With that being said, that's 10000% illegal to do! If the state questioned her about the recordings, that wouldn't benefit the state because the defense could ask her about it. It then all boils down to whether she's a credible witness for the state because the defense can prove without a doubt that she lies, leaving it open for the jury to question whether or not she lied about anything regarding the cash.

It is so obvious that both Melanie's were completely aware of what was going on and that people were being killed based on Chad's designations. This is like the Manson family. I think she’s only admitting as much as she has to. She’s on the prosecution side of trying to put it all on Chad whereas the defense is trying to paint Lori as the mastermind.

The only way Chad would know about the tracking device put on Melani's car was if he did it himself, and blamed it on her ex-husband.

Why isn’t she in jail?

Being one of their own, there was no love or fire to find out the truth.

There is no way Chad and Lori would have went after Brandon without Melanie’s blessing. He had a large life insurance policy and only Melanie would have been able to give his location. I also think there’s a good possibility that Melanie was driving the jeep. Mel P really needs to get charged with something. She was in way deep.

Pryor is so annoying when he is talking to the witness but turns his body to the jury as if he is asking them a question. Very creepy. I know it is appropriate for the witness to look at the jury when answering a question but Pryor always looks at the jury like he is asking them the question. He barely looks at the witness at all. And sometimes he will stare at the prosecutor's table while speaking with the witness.

As a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints, it amazes me how many of these extremely unfamiliar topics to me seem to Melani to be from her "LDS" (a term members of the church have been encouraged not to use to because it de-emphasizes the importance of Christ) beliefs. In fact, some of the beliefs she testified are consistent with her beliefs from the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints directly contradict the official teachings of the church. It doesn't surprise me at all. I often hear members of the church claim the church teaches things that are actually in direct contradiction to the actual teachings of the church as well as claiming the church teaches a bunch of things that it doesn't even really explain. Yes, some of these things may superficially seem to be similar to actual teachings of the church, but it sounds like someone who instead of reading the scriptures and studying the doctrines themselves have instead been relying on others to tell them what the scriptures say, and the message got mangled like it would in a game of telephone. It reminds me, for example, of that Modern Family episode where Luke is making fun of Manny's mother because she used to dig for coal, and it turned out he really heard his mother say she thought Manny's mother was a gold digger. To those in the know, it is easy to see how the message got mangled. It also technically at least from an auditory perspective extremely close to what was said. However, in all the ways that matter to the ensuing fight, the actual meaning to the person who misunderstood the statement is nowhere near the original meaning.

I do not like this woman. How she hasn't been brought up on charges is a mystery to me? And that Ian.. wow! Are men that desperate out there that they'd get with a creature like this woman? How he doesn't see what she is is another mystery to me?
