Mackenzie K Too bad Mel B kind of ruins the whole fun of that show. Micky's obviously not too happy about being paired with her throughout most of it. At least that's what I thought...

Brett Neckermann Yeah, I agree. I was looking forward to it all year long, and was just disappointed, a little. I thought that everything Mel B did was just annoying and unnecessary for her to be there. She didn't contribute anything worthwhile. Everyone else was great, though, I thought. Even Mickey. I agree, he wasn't too keen on her, either. He was just trying to make the best out of it.

Simon Farrell Unless there are other funny shows that specifically talk about quotes and little tidbits about the people who said them, I disagree. I collect quotes as a hobby and I found this show entertaining. I also sometimes have issues with "faster" shows because of a processing disorder, and I often have to go back and rewatch over and over in order for what is said to even sink in. Not that I don't like shows like that as well, but this show is great for people like me who like a more relaxed pacing. It all depends on who's watching.

This is one of the funniest and interesting shows I've seen with so many comedians I love to bits. The best thing about it is that David and Richard seem so happy and relaxed during the shows. I've never seen them smile and laugh as much as they're doing during this. Even on "Would I lie to you" David doesn't seem to be as relaxed as he is here. And Richard was very smiley especially during the first five episode, he really looked comfortable! I'm so sad this ended, it was great fun and interesting...

The whole establishment hate him, now its everyone chanting whatever the political, media establishment want. It used to be counterculture to rage against the machine now people rage FOR the machine begging for more government

Howard Hughes life after the age of 40 was tragic. It was extremely difficult to analyze his mental health during the late 1960s until his death. Many believed Hughes suffered from schizophrenia instead of OCD. The man was incredibly smart and genuinely, a gifted and self taught engineer (similar to Sir Sydney Camm of Hawker Aircraft ), he never graduated from University. But Hughes had limits and ultimately doomed several programs, because he never fully acceeded control of any aircraft design to qualified people around him. This is why many health experts suggest his mental state was compromised and that it began to affect him in his early 20s and cannot be attributed to OCD. The Spruce Goose is an excellent example. Immediately after its maiden test flight, Hughes knew it would not fly to the specifications he deemed it could. It's why the Spruce Goose never flew again. No one around him dared to offer any way to save it. His reclusive behavior accelerated after this failure.

This show's sort of okay but I'd rather see David doing more of The Bubble or Would I lie To You. And if David is running out of anecdotes for Would I Lie To You, then Richard Ayowade would make a good replacement for him there.

I love how most people's 'knowledge' about Hughes today comes from the depiction of Mr Burns on the Simpsons spoofing him. To wit, the Kleenex boxes on the feet etc.

My partner's sighing keeps me awake more than anything else. I'm a very light sleeper and it takes me a long time to fall asleep and hearing him sigh because he didn't fall asleep in 5 minutes drives me crazy. I know now not to agitate him with speaking or touching him so I just let him sigh and fall asleep in 10 minutes instead of 5. Damn. I appreciate whoever reads this rant. I just had to let it out.
