I reckon he loves Public Enemy, and sings Cold Lampin' in the shower, and recites Black Steel In The Hour Of Chaos word for word while the other Chuck D blasts out of his car stereo... I also have a hunch he says 'Yeeeah Boyeeee' after the director shouts cut after a scene he's just nailed. Perhaps also if he's recognised in the street and someone asks "Are you Charles Dance?", he replies "Don't Believe The Hype"

My first jump is actually to the scary demon-disguised-as-man Sardo Numspa, in The Golden Child, but Last Action Hero is my second thought when I think of Charles. My favorite delivery in that movie though, is "Hannibal Lecter can do the catering." I love the way he keeps hard-rolling his Rs in that entire sequence - it's very sinister.

I reckon he loves Public Enemy, and sings Cold Lampin' in the shower, and recites Black Steel In The Hour Of Chaos word for word while the other Chuck D blasts out of his car stereo... I also have a hunch he says 'Yeeeah Boyeeee' after the director shouts cut after a scene he's just nailed. Perhaps also if he's recognised in the street and someone asks "Are you Charles Dance?", he replies "Don't Believe The Hype"

That banter about "easing" a prospective house sitter into accepting to look after 58 lions and tigers reminded me of how Gandalf introduced a Hobbit and 13 Dwarves to Beorn.

To be fair they needed to keep the budget for the utter gem that's announced immediately after (during the credits) and have it going for eleventy billion series and is in no way the ultimate example of the most inane, cheap, IQ dropping drivel, ladled onto the slack jawed masses so that imbeciles have an opinion to compare to about the other toss they watch.

Charles dance, more like one of the best things that happened to television and film.

My first jump is actually to the scary demon-disguised-as-man Sardo Numspa, in The Golden Child, but Last Action Hero is my second thought when I think of Charles. My favorite delivery in that movie though, is "Hannibal Lecter can do the catering." I love the way he keeps hard-rolling his Rs in that entire sequence - it's very sinister.
