When John Sargent mentioned that Thatcher was "playful" and Richard Ayoade quips, "Like ... wrestling" my sip of tea shot out through my nose. Those two words show his incredible wit and gift at being deadpan. I haven't that hard in a long time.

@@bradmodd7856 I don't know if that's true, but to put in my own two cents: I can't understand Mickey very well. If I put in the effort to understand him, I rarely find that it was worth it. I also am not a fan of his voice in general, but that's a smaller issue... I think. I will add, though, that Richard Ayoade and David Mitchell can make up for a _lot_ of deficiencies.

I don't get the Mickey hate. He plays perfectly off of Ayoade, and he actually knows how to reply to David without sounding like a butthurt resentful idiot (*cough*LeeMack*cough*). I also appreciate how uproariously he laughs at jokes he finds funny - most comedians are too far up their own arses to even chuckle. His awful impressions are meant to be shit and that's why they're amusing.

JennyCThree There is always 'special handling' for 'special people'. And the point of a passport is to verify 'who you are' and 'if you are allowed to enter the country'. Neither of these questions was impossible to answer without her having a passport.

Yeah she should need an entertainment visa to enter the country to work. Which goes in your passport.

That's true, it's massive and there's a huge range of terrain. Additionally, it's probably fairly recent that transatlantic flights are all that affordable. It makes sense for maybe 50% not to bother with passports. It's only 2 or 3hr flights to Spain from UK and its been affordable since the 60s

Yet Britney Spears have been to Japan a number of times. I think the 1st time as early as 2000 when she made some TV appearances. (one that I remember is an awkward stuff on NHK TV where she had to watch a karate demonstration.) Plus she toured there in 2002.
