This weekend Haulover Inlet has very rough waves and boats are flying all over the place. This captain puts everyone in danger by stuffing the bow of the boat several times repeatedly. More coming from this weekend. Stay tuned!

As a coastie, this makes me fear for all their lives. They are willingly putting their lives, and their family’s lives at risk by trying to traverse such rocky waters. We’ve seen boats be destroyed and sink from less. Always remember rule number 1: have enough inflatables/life jackets on the boat for each person (emphasis on EACH) at all times. Also, NEVER take on a choppy and challenging lake or ocean like this for fun unless you have actual experience driving boats through rough waters. And even then, don’t subject your family to the rough of the waters if you can help it. One wrong turn or move, and your boat, along with its occupants, are going down.

My comment was about the millions of dollars worth of boats on this channel and the people who don't have brains enough to know not to risk lives when there's a small craft advisory or having people flopping around on the bow in those conditions. So yeah if you can afford a half a million dollar boat at least go get educated on how to maneuver it. I love watching most of these boats on this channel but alot of times I cringe seeing high dollar boats that have no business even attempting those conditions. There is a big difference between a bowrider and a center console. All center consoles have scuppers in the transom. Any water that comes over the bow will go right out the scuppers. It never makes it to the bilge. In a bowrider, the usually don't have scuppers so once the water is in the boat you have to wait for the bilge pump to get rid of it. I used to own a sea pro center console and I later owned a Pro-line 21 foot cuddy cabin and if water came over the bow in either one it would be gone within a minute. It would drain right out. The reason that bowriders don't have a self bailing cockpit is because the way they're designed the deck is usually at or even below water line.

What is the deal with inland lake boaters in bowriders going through Haulover? They all have the center windscreen open and put 400 + pounds of beef in the front. My goodness people, when Haulover is firing, put the XXL people in the rear seats, life jackets all around, close the darn center windscreen and put on the bow cover canvas so the water flows off the gunnels, not into the bilge. Just because you have a boat, does not make you a "boater"

@@DanielC__ That first boat was terrifying to watch. That skipper had no trim or throttle control. Everyone on that boat should have been wearing life jackets in those sea conditions. I also don’t consider a bow rider to be a rough water boat. A cabin boat provides a bulwark against the sea and there is less chance of green water coming into the boat. Obviously Florida boaters clearly disagree, given the large number of bow riders and centre consoles you see here. Where I live a 2 to 3 metre swell is pretty common, so open boats aren’t a great choice.

😂😂😂😂🤣🤣🤣🤣 me 2 I was holding my phone like a Nintendo controller jumping man eating pipe plants, squat sliding under chains of spinning balls of fire. I knew I screwed when KupaKaptain hit hard & knocked me to the bow of the boat. 😂😂😂😂

What a “carry on”. The sea always looks so calm, and the boat so big, when your alongside the quay, but out at sea, it all changes.

Interesting to see how the weight is distributed with each boat to how hard n easy they get through the waves.

In the inland waters where i operate if you fall in you die if you don’t have a pfd. And the water’s cold enough to kill even with a pfd. Watching these folks is shocking.

Automatic PFDs might ruin your tan but they are effective, easy to wear, not uncomfortable and a pittance compared to the price of a boat like that. What justification could he give if a coroner asked why all his passengers drowned because they weren't wearing PFDs? Madness that way lies... Bet he wasn't using a kill-switch, either.

And I think the guy in the eventually flooded forward section of the boat was busy the whole time trying to take pictures. No wonder boat insurance is high, some boaters are oblivious to risks
