Hi Liz. That E bicycle seems to have a good range. I also noticed that there are nice pieces of copper ore at some spots of the trails that you showed us.

I'm going to watch the great video. Come on a Seoul tour too!

It is VERY clean, they keep it well maintained and I hardly ever see any trash on the ground. The whole community!

@@lakelasvegaslife7903 Shops have been closed for years you have to go now to the Westin Lake Las Vegas .

safe(ER) riding for you. helmet, bright colored top, gloves and elbow pads a must. the pro tec style helmet offer more protection than the standard "beanie" style. i have hit the cement with gravel no gloves and a big ouch on hands with a elbow smack after that. also the 4 ft. or so flags with quick attachments i use to maybe catch a txt'ers eye before getting to me on the road. lastly out and about in the sticks and trails especially for those alone or deemed an easy target, i would be "carrying".

I was cracking up when you said hikers coming out of the woods. Like there are any trees that exist within a couple hundred miles of there. 🤣😂 As you can see I changed the name of my channel.

I have a hard time walking without tripping. You can ride a bike while filming yourself. We are not the same. 😁

Yes, going up inclines was a bit harder than I thought, maybe I didn't have enough momentum built up, haha.

Hi Fran, thank you for the comments! I do not have a Lake Las Vegas realtor that I could recommend. However it seems that the "official" real estate office representing Lake Las Vegas is Sotheby's International, the Lake Las Vegas branch. Even if the agents don't live in the community I would think they would know a lot about the community itself
