Hi Audrey, that would be fantastic! Yes, get a golf cart, you'll love it. Super hot in summer though...don't be wearing shorts if you go to sit on a hot golf cart seat!

I'm here in Irvine/Newport Beach and it's very humid today in Southern California for the 4th of July! Yes, looking forward to relocating out there in February timeframe as soon as my home is built. I have my golf cart build ready to go too...lol! Have a great holiday Liz!

You're such a delightful woman to watch and listen to! You're truly informative, sincere, candid, genuine, intelligent, entertaining, funny, engaging and more, in the way that you narrate your videos! I really enjoy them. And guess what?! I'm also a native Nevadan! Born in Boulder City, and lived in Las Vegas for 40 years! Unfortunately, the "dream come true" of Lake Las Vegas came after I had already relocated to Northern Nevada. I'm very impressed with everything Lake Las Vegas, and it is definitely unique! If Andrea Bocelli ever comes back to (LLV) to sing another concert for us, I'll plan on being there THIS time! I watch his (LLV-2006) concert on You Tube ALL the time, and it never gets old. And the (LLV) backdrop with it's authentic Italian look and feel is "perfecto" for such a Bocelli concert. Thanks again for your videos. They bring back lots of memories and informative (updates) for me, since I have not been back to Vegas since 2012. I can't wait to come back and explore Lake Las Vegas among many other things! 👋😌🥰

You know what Liz, I did!!! It is gone now unfortunately, it was a “ cigar/ food bar.” It went away about 2009. My second favorite is the Italian restaurant by the water, it has been in that location since 2008.

Good video, I have been to the Vegas area and Lake Mead but never stopped my LLV. I'm going to check it out next time I'm out there.

Hi Keith! Yes, I was hoping the notification would wake people up from their sleep! Haha, no just kidding....I was actually up editing late and wanted it published asap so it was available in the morning. As soon as it was ready to go I hit upload!

The Mexican grill is the only place to eat in that run down shopping center! The Hilton used to be a Ritz-Carlton that closed and transitioned over to Hilton the only good thing about that area is is Off the strip and the hotel rooms are cheap but don't expect much from them they barely were keeping up with the maintenance back in the mid-2000s. I recall none of those hotels there did any good maintenance on the properties they were kind of run down and I'm pretty sure they still are from Westin to the Hilton and I forget the 3rd hotel there.

Cause4 Alarm, things have probably improved since the last time you were there. Only 2 hotels. The Westin is very nice.

Hi Liz. Do you get permission to film in the various restaurants, or do you do it on the sly ? I know some places are a bit 'stroppy' about it. Anyway, I'm glad I subscribed to your videos. Well done and very informative.

Hi Liz...just a couple of questions - (1) Sometimes I have to monitor my cash burn; what is your estimate of the price range I should expect if I choose to dine in the evening at the village; and (2) Is there a golf cart rent option for visitors? all the best

Hi Yingyang! There is no golf cart rental option for driving around The Village. If you are dining alone I would say $25-$30 with tip? Of course depends on what you're ordering and if you have any drinks. For two people I would say $75 to $85?

Hi Chris From Belgium! Yes, in this instance I used both a GoPro 9, and GoPro 10. As I mentioned to Suzi Luck Has Arrived, I lost about 15 minutes of footage because the GoPro 9 will freeze up on me occasionally while I'm taking video.

It DOES get warm really quickly. Last year, I had it attached to my windshield and I was driving the strip on Father's Day. It might have hit 112 or 114 degrees, not sure, but it shut down multiple times because it was overheated. Totally ruined my footage. Oh well. I will look into the volta, I haven't heard of that.

Hi Go Gan. There is a Japanese fusion style restaurant in The Village of Lake Las Vegas. Are you talking about the Dim Sum place? If so, that one is in Las Vegas on Sarah, called Orchids Garden. Thank you for watching!
