Best review ever! Blood. Tiny TV. Supposed mountain view. Elevator wait. No room service. Rude people at desk. I absolutely loved this review. Most of Laughlin is like this too. Don would be sad today if still alive.

How could someone cleaning the room miss that? Oh, I guess you have to actually clean the room in order to notice things like blood on the bedsheets!! IMO the hotel should have refunded ALL your money and given you a free (clean) room. I guess I'm just hard to please? Anyhow, thanks for another adorable video Liz!!

I was going to post almost exactly the same thing. She should have been given a full refund, and given an upgraded room. That's what an excellent hotel probably would have done. Evidently, this is a second rate hotel charging premium prices. I would never stay there after viewing this review video.

The whole place is just nasty. Dirty and outdated plus the creepy dude in the elevator. Should have called the Health Department about the fresh blood (bio-hazard) and to do an unannounced Health Department visit on the kitchen.

They try force housekeepers to clean rooms in under 25 minutes, but the way they want it cleaned takes much longer than that! They try to force 16 rooms on top of that

Used to work here, up until a month ago. Unfortunately what you experienced is common and one of the main reasons I quit.

Thank you, Liz for your channel my wife and I stayed at that POS place back in 2004 the mattress in the room was worse than my Navy Bunck aboard ship. We went down to the pool and in order for me to get a beach towel they wanted to hold on to my driver`s license and that`s a no go. Went back to the room to find out the north tower we stayed in was the family with kid`s tower (kids running up and down the hallways) again a no go. I tried the same evening to place a call on the room phone with my ATT phone card and was told I first needed to give the front desk a twenty - dollar deposit (we couldn`t get cell coverage). We were supposed to stay three days but left the next morning.

Wow, it's been a crap hole since 2004? My gosh, and yes the North Tower is the family tower, which I had no idea about until after I was there. Ugh, never again. Thanks for watching David!

My jaw dropped when you showed the bill!!!! South Tower rooms look similar to the Las Vegas Harrahs rooms and much nicer. After that trip, I wouldn't blame you for not going back!

We fly out Sunday headed there, luckily we're waking up Monday and driving to Vegas until Wednesday then we fly out on Thursday. After watching your video I'm nervous. We are supposed to have a room in the north tower from Sunday- Thursday but thank goodness we'll be in Vegas Monday-Wednesday

Great video Liz. I have lived near Laughlin since 1990. The Flamingo (Aquarius) just opened and most of the hotels were built within that period, give or take a couple years. The place was booming. You had to park across the river (parking lots were packed in Laughlin) on weekends and take a water taxi across the river. Each casino had its own water taxi. Rooms were cheap, slot machines paid well, accommodations and comps were really good. After the first hard recession in the 90's and that stupid biker incident in early 2000's, plus Las Vegas Metro trying to shut down the Biker River Run every year with massive police presence, it had dwindled down to nothing. Casinos not taking care of their properties doesn't help either. Only on holidays do you see any crowds. Pretty sad!!!

I was laughing at your experience ... the blood bed. Haven't been to Laughlin since 1990.

We stayed in the South Tower for our Anniversary in July…..pitiful…I have uploaded some of my slot play on my channel…non of my room and dining videos but everything around was just old and ewe 🤢we stayed one night which was supposed to be several days…got a ride over to Bullhead to pick up a rental car 🚗 and drove to Vegas !!! Thank you for sharing your experience!! It was a lot of “local “ families there enjoying their summer…it was a big fat no from me and my wife😄😄😄

A totally overpriced and forgetful experience Liz. A wait line to the elevators? You can't make this stuff up! Rooms that they should pay to stay in. A great heads up for anyone even considering a overnight there. Thanks for taking one for the team.

note to self; first thing you do after check in to a room is take off the covers to see that they are clean!!!! from this day on, as to not have to change rooms in the middle of the night! Second, do not advise anyone to stay there no matter how nice the private beach and pool are ( maybe sneak in , who will notice ) They should of given you a complimentary suit with utmost apologies... send this video to the president of Harrahs or someone...! give them dates and times....your so nice , I m so sorry you went through this...hope you had a good time after you left or saw some nice things...did they even have an fireworks?

Miss Liz, it's been a while since I was in Laughlin. And I've stayed at Harrahs maybe once or twice. Back then they were more expensive than other casinos, and for me, I just needed a room that was nice, and not too expensive. Plus, they're at the end(and a long ways from other casinos) of casino drive. I like betting on the horses, and when I was there, the betting area was small. The Edgewater and the Riverside are better suited for people who like the Ponies. Sorry about your room experience. And to change rooms(to another tower no less) late at night, doesn't sound like much FUN ! The person that was SUPPOSED to clean your room was probably a friend of the Night Manager, hence, no big deal. You're a trooper Liz, for pushing on. Now You Know. Take Care !

We just stayed there thus weekend (April 2023). It's seven months after your video and the hotel still only has 2 working elevators out of 5. It took 20 minutes to get an elevator on Sunday to get down from the 10th floor. This is a dingy hotel that caters to the low budget gambler.

Fourth of July weekend in Laughlin is always the busiest time because of the events on the river, specifically the firework display, which is downright amazing. That’s why your room was so much. I stayed there a bunch of times, never on fourth of July weekend, and I’ve never paid more than $50 a night.

Never stay in the North Tower elevator is always rediculous. We usually stay in central tower. We use to get free rooms or $10 rooms and my kids and I loved the beach. Lately I never get good rates and now there is resort fee. Haven't stayed since covid

Well it is a huge holiday. price is not totally outrageous. Thx for video.

Wish I would have seen this review before booking a 4 night trip there! Needless to say, when I checked in and saw my disgusting room, I took an uber to Vegas to never return to that dump! Caesars should be ashamed of that property! Thanks for posting and I hope your experience keeps people from getting duped into booking there!

Just visited the hotel about the same time Liz did and I was very impressed with the remodeling and renovation that had in the main casino area and throughout the hotel. When you ask for a room at any hotel in Laughlin you should ask for remodeled or re-renovated rooms they do have them and they will make them available but you have to book in advance not less than a week before like she did The fish are called carp

The North Tower is the Kids Tower. It's beat to hell and a lot more crowded because of it. I was a regular there from the mid 90's thru the early 2000s. I returned last year and was appalled to see it hadn't been renovated much since then. Shame, because back in the 90s, it was one of the best properties in Laughlin.

Hi Liz! It's late here and your review of Horrors Laugh'in North Tower didn't bring any smiles, and the unhappiest moment was they didn't have an ALL YOU CAN EAT Buffet! But on second thought, maybe we shouldn't go there! Have a better evening tonight!

Some 20 years ago my wife and I stayed at Harrahs in a top floor suite room facing the river at $100 night. Zero complaints at that time. But seeing the results of your video, the property has really deteriorated. I want to go back to Laughlin, but now I’m uncertain where to stay. Anyone have any recommendations? Also during the 4th of July weekend, we stayed at SouthPoint in Vegas for the first time and it was excellent and was only $159 a night plus fees. We made our reservations as we parked in their garage the same day. I will definitely go back again.

Just 12 years ago Harrahs was charging $20 a night Sunday through Thursday with no resort fee and if you gambled you actually stayed there for free. Times have changed. Other hotels such as Aquarius Riverside Edgewater do have comp rooms for those who Gamble

Harrahs Laughlin has always comped rooms for those who play with Caesar’s rewards. But on a holiday weekend with short notice yes it will cost for those without a Caesars rewards account. I myself have never paid for a room at Harrahs Laughlin. The north tower is families but I still like it because of the view. Also, The Range is wonderful.

So does Harrah's, I get free rooms all the time, and Valet parking is free for Platinum and above. Self Parking is free for everyone, the dining options are slim and expensive and the location if you plan on walking everywhere is a bit of a challange.

That's to bad you had a bad experience. I stayed there 12 years ago, and annually prior to that Back then it was the best hotel to stay at. They also had very good room service. Sorry to hear no more. Never a elevator wait. Rooms decent. Boy how things have changed.

Hi Amyjojo, it was so gross and off-putting...But I was in the older tower at first, so if you are in the newer tower I doubt you'd run into the grossness.

we had a horrible stay there my first time in laughlin in 2014. My reservation was 2 queen beds north tower. thats what I booked thats what was printed out on my reservation I was holding. the lady at the front desk was so rude she said we dont have 2 queen bed rooms at harrahs its a king or two doubles. Was also supposed to have a 15$ beverage credit she didnt give me it was also on my printed reservation. Rolled her eyes and grabbed a slip from a drawer and put it on counter. They put us in a double room in the south tower the room was so beat up layers of dust. The property all around the grounds stairs and such all cracked broken concrete, tiles, pillars, fountains, dead leaves everywhere. we did have a nice day on the beach though and at the south pool that day and night was very quiet only positive on trip. The next year we stayed in a renovated room at the tropicana laughlin and had the best time. The room was so clean and comfortable the pool was so much fun good drinks good food fun casino lots of good pictures taken. There was nice lounge good music. The reservation desk was so nice checking in and out. Workers pretty much everywhere were nice. Nice shops too and reasonable. The only issue was like harrahs elevators so slow line is so long all day.

Hello Liz, I would NEVER stay at that hotel based on your experience! The price wasn't worth it but probably going rate for holiday weekend. The condition of the bed sheets and bedspread was outrageous. And with how the Mgr. 'made it right' tells me that there's a culture at this Caeser's property that doesn't include quality, service, comfort and striving for an exemplary guest experience.

They didn't know you were a big time KZread star. Maybe they would have treated you better ? They will suffer from the millions of viewers boycotting their casino hotel.

How are things recently? How is life in the big city? Maybe go to London Bridge and tell the story.

OMG.....well one thing for sure....if I ever go to the Las Vegas area....and I will sooner or later...I will NOT stay at ANY Harrah's hotel. You should have been fully refunded the money from the hotel room from bloody hell. Crappy customer service seems to be the rule at that "resort hotel". It appears the management staff there is only concerned on making money....keeping money and not refunding ANY money for issues like what happened to you during your 1 day stay there. I will call it "the hotel from hell". I'd report that jerk that tried to mess with you on the elevator also.....but that's just me. I will stay in Vegas itself or Henderson next time I go to that area. Good review too! Thanks.

Hi Ballsmcgee. Yes, it would be worth going there for free. It's not guaranteed that you'll get a terrible room, so you might as well roll the dice and take your chances, especially when you have no money to lose. Aside from the room, the casino and the river were nice at Harrahs. :)

Hi Liz, I don’t think you got any deal but you booked late,

hate bad elevators - once at Imperial Palace on New Years day it was impossible to get down to the lobby - even if i pressed up it was still full for half an hour... and you try to use the stairs and you get trapped in the hall

Aloha Liz...Excellent video...Your experience is quite a reality check - high prices, resort fee ripoff, poor guest treatment, etc...your experience would have left me with an overall bad taste regarding that hotel!...btw: how was the food you took back to your room?

Hi Yingyang. Actually the food tasted good but was overpriced. I wanted to add shrimp to my Caesar salad, and ask how many pieces of shrimp I could get. They said it was $20 for 2 shrimp. $20!!!! So, basically if I wanted a Caesar salad with 6 shrimp, it would have been $60 for the shrimp, plus the cost of the salad. So I just got the plain Caesar salad.

Nice video. I love your enthusiastic energy, your lovely voice and pretty face... But... I'm sorry.... $365 a night?! Good grief. I stayed at the Avi Casino the week after July 4, 2022 and paid $425 for 4 days. The property has a nice pool area and a private beach. Casino is alright, nothing fancy, it does have a movie theater and a decent coffee shop. The only drawback is that it is about a 12-minute drive to Laughlin. I suggest you try there instead. Or, if you prefer to stay in Laughlin then the Aquarius is about as close to a "True Vegas" resort as you can get in Laughlin but be prepared to pay for it during the summer, rooms are not cheap, but during the off season, you can find rooms as low as $35 a night.

The problem with me and casinos even with my N-95 is cigarette smoke. The beds are not made to decent sanitary standards for the monkey pox with a clean sheet covering the bedspreads and clean ones with in. I usually go to the dollar stores when I travel buy Lysol where I spray the place down then go have lunch somewhere for the next hour or so.

SO when I was young a high end room , looked like that. A bygone era...think of it as staying in a vintage room. Its a bit over priced BUT, LOCATION , LOCATION , LOCATION...your not paying so much for the room. Your paying for the fact that you can go down stairs and sit down on a private beach and not have to leave to go to a beach unless you want to explore ( which is what I would do ) your on the water and have a view of the water ( no balcony , but oh well , we make do ) . Im guessing there is a pool and its a holiday and we know that no matter where you stay, holiday cost apply!!! because well thats how it is. Frankly , they let you off easy. Yes you might of saved 50 bucks a day had you thought of it earlier but hey, you gotta be free to live spontaneously and you did so score yourself a 100 , a few A++'s ! you done good!

Well, the next morning I did enjoy the little boat shuttle up and down the river to different casinos. It was really nice, but didn't want to put that nice content in the crappy hotel video. I'll save it for my Laughlin video if I ever put it together!

Get a grip, the place was a dump.. a 350 odd dollar landfill. If blood on the sheets and semen on the ceiling fan is "high end" then its just the place for you!

It’s nasty everywhere there I’d advise anyone going to bring their own sheets like I do. It’s really only a hell hole there unless your in to boating and drinking.

Laughlin is beautiful, its about the river and nature, its not about the room. (Obviously bood on the sheets is 🤮 ) Never hurts to bring your own sheets.

The London Bridge tour looks cool. That is the regular rate, booking late (possibly early too, I also booked late) 4th of July weekend. I was at the Riverside, my view was better. Thank you for the video. We're going out there soon, will not stay at Harrah's. I never have and wanted to but I like being closer to the other casinos to walk along the river and go inside in between when I get hot. I wanted to for something new and the beach had always been a draw. (pioneer has a beach like spot too, but I had a FAR worse experience there so I won't stay there ever again. 🪲)

Ive been 2 laughlin many time i only styed harrah 1 time it sucked.. 2 far from rest o casinos i like pioneer suite riverside o edgewater loved belle when she was open

It amazes me that they are so short staffed that they just do not care. Dried blood is not OK. Hair and other "body fluids" are not OK. You paid a small fortune for that room in the first place Liz and that was NOT OK to put you in there. They are desperate. I am sure you were very nice to them throughout the experience and at least you got an acceptable room. That place is a NO for me. I love your vids and you are a wonderful vid host. Very pleasant voice and calming. Thank you so much.

Used to stay at Harris forever 😆 not for a few years!!the rooms are alfal the bar people are so rude the few restaurants that have are ridiculous! Never again! Aquirous the best!!

Never stay at this place. I've been to Laughlin numerous times. Always something wrong with this hotel... also way over priced.

Harris has let that place go down hill

This is on par for most Caesar's Entertainment properties. Garbage, unmaintained rooms and some of the worst table game rules. Too much 6/5 blackjack and triple 0 roulette as well! Craps odds are bad too mostly unless they are in an area where they have competition.

Let me say what Liz wouldn't.. the place is a human garbage dump, it looks like a trip to central America, a security team for Liz wouldn't have been out of line. Great video, please never set foot in this place again.

What a comment. Yes the town is very popular with Hispanic folks, everywhere in Laughlin is on the weekends, especially Harrahs as they have the beach area. All the other guests I’ve ever met at harrahs have always been very nice people.

How disgusting, and a darn shame. Was at Harras Laughlin many times in the mid 90's and it was beautiful. One of the best on the river. Corporate irresponsibility in the hotel business should be fought through laws. There's no way a person could sell anything for a higher price if it looks that bad. But hotels get away with it all the time.The way that room was, I wouldn't pay $50 a night.

I agree with you that is the worst hotel there.

What a dump of a hotel. I would never, ever stay there. A wait line for an elevator, that's epic.

Yikes for 1 night to high for 3 nights

The Harrahs properties in Laughlin and Las Vegas have really gone down hill. When I first started going to both around 2000, up until somewhere around 2005 to 2010, they were well kept up. What they did to you on this trip was ridiculous. Almost $400 a night after taxes and fees. You can get rooms at the Rio, a property that just escaped Harrahs clutches recently for less than $10 a night some weekdays. At least till it's remodeled. And big blood spots? That is just disgusting. Even saying they had no availability at a half filled restaurant. So hire more restaurant staff. Shameful.

To be honest the whole place just seems terrible. I'd rather camp in a tent - at least I know it's clean !

That bed was gross! Will never sleep in a hotel ever again.
