Today is June 29, 2022. I just discovered Walk at Home on KZread. Loved the walk down your blood sugar videos. I plan on doing them from now on. Gave me hope. At 77 years young , a cancer survivor, heart attacks survivor, and needing to lose over 100 pounds, these videos got me inspired to walk at home again. I survived COVID-19 this spring also. Very glad to find something I can do at home. My doctors will be proud of me.

This is brilliant. My friend, a senior doctor recommended your videos . I started about a month back with the 10 _15 min walks( 1 mile ) , now I do the 2 miles. Today my pp bsl was 181 so I walked with your 3 videos for reducing blood sugar. Checked again after completing. It was 117. Thanks a ton. ❤️❤️❤️

I'm pre diabetic and it's better to prevent than manage as you say. It's in my genes so I work very hard to not develop it. I exercise within an hour after each meal. Leslie you are the best ever!

I have done your walk at home program for over 3 years. Which I love! I started out with the VCR tapes. Now I do these on utube for variety. My question is I have lost over a 100 pounds but my I am still have such flabby sagging skin. What of your exercises can I do to help this?
Thank you for your video. i have just been diagnosed with diabetes and put on diabetes medication for three months. I am 41 and weigh 160 pounds. I hope to lose at least 20 pounds and get off my diabetes medication. If you have any advice, I would appreciate it.
