Since I started doing the 3 video's, walk down your sugar, in January I have lost 16 pounds. I have also brought down my cholesterol levels and my glucose level. I also watch my Carbs and Sugar intake, and ride an exercise bike. I am so glad I found these videos. Ty Leslie.

I am a fan of Leslie. I just love doing all her videos whether it is walking or floor Ab exercises. I am 63 and I enjoy doing the 2 mile walk. You have changed my life Leslie
I can't explain how much I love you dear. A 5 km walk with a twist has changed my life. My feet used to swell but when I started this work with you, the problem ended. May God give you all that your heart desires.
I am 60 years old- started leslie's workout in July 2022 (weight 93kg). By july 2023 came down 70kg!!Came down to size 14 from size 24!!😄

Eating keto and low card food on program food is Alice voeding leeft and on you tube.... hoe word je 100 ....they have list whit food for you.... wat and whit not to ear like advocado is good and eat only fat things greek fat yoghurt....frist time...no potato bread Rice only Fres selfmade meal meat chicken and fish.... everything whit real boter and olive oil.... no fruit so lang you been busy with weithlos... i had not much to loose but 15kilo in year health much better almost lost diabetic2 from 9 medicijnen to 1 almost free on internet you find and walk every day about 15 a 30minuts Every day. ...you see later al do less inch. .. so take your maiser in middel hips arm nek great leg goodluck👍on you tube you have a lot video's from people who lost a lot and hoe like keto-christine on instagram too and others
