For me walking away was the best thing I could do. Not to win my ex back but to win back my masculinity and goals in life I lost during the relationship. I was building my world and future around her and became a b*tch. I started a new business, bought a new car and go to the gym again and starting to get ripped. All things that I used to do but that I lost along the way. Still I would love to rekindle with my ex because I have a lot to give her and I love her, but the most important thing is I am building a kick ass life for me. So guys/girls keep your head up and work on yourself. Make the best of your life and maybe she/he wants to join you later on.

She replied with sorry to hear that. I didn't reply. Not heard from her since. Those 1st few days of separation anxiety were horrible. But I'm fine now. And so glad I had the balls to say no thanks to friend zone.

Only interested in you romantically. She said I'm sorry I can't give you that. Too which I said it's a stale mate because just being friends isn't what I want. Not heard from her since. It's run it's course. Sometimes things aren't meant to be, but really glad I said no to the friend zone as she'd of kept me there until she met someone else.

women love a man who says what they mean and mean what they say, and women bluff to test your strength. (don't go back on what you said) the strongest negotiating position is being able to walk away and mean it. phones are a means to get together in person, not to tell your life story on.

many of us guys make the mistake of putting them on a pedestal. I know I did. I love her but I gave her too much power. she thought " I could do better " it hurts. rejection hurts. it usually is them...not us. once that switch is flipped it's hard to recover from it. it spirals down. in retrospect I see the signs now. at the same time I'm angry that I was discarded...I looked for her and saw her on a dating site so I joined too. they do not deserve the pedestal we put them on. I'm growing a set and man have I learned a lot. thanks to the commenters and corey wayne !!

Started doing this last week. She came back three days later open to negotiation. We talked the next day, she still says she can only offer me friendship. But we had sex and I got her to accept a friends with benefits. A few days later she said “look Nick I can’t only offer to friendship, I can’t have you here in the background having sex with me while I date other guys”. So I told her again to call me if she changes her mind, and I walked away. She calls me two hours later telling me that her phone won’t let her delete my number for another month (lol I don’t get it either, even as a bs story). Again I told her that I assume she’s calling to accept more than friends. AGAIN she said she can only offer friendship. So again....I told her to call me if she changes her mind. She called me yesterday six times back to back but I ignored it. I’m not texting her until tomorrow. I want her to chase me and get it into her head that she can’t keep doing this back and forth thing with me.

I appreciate the advice you give in a lot of these videos. I stumbled on them a week or two ago and was dealing with some really hard times and it's made me realize in watching a lot of these is the importance of self worth and independence.

Walking away is about self respect. It's not about hating the woman, or women in general, as some of these comments would indicate. If the woman is not up to YOUR standard or is slipping in her respect for you, say a polite goodbye and never look back.

To put this in better perspective...Strength is a natural masculine quality. The opposite/feminine quality is not weakness but SURRENDER. Woman need to feel comfortable and safe to open up and surrender. A woman's friend circle is a safe zone because she can open up to others that also open up to her. While in intimate relationships, she wants to open up in a way that is only for one and she has to know she has a safety net, someone has her back, she will not come to harm. I think showing strength in knowing what you want, meaning what you say, that you actions/behaviour matches your words/intentions shows her what you are made of and what you offer her in life. You can still be friends with her in an intimate relationship yet you need to have clarity on how you want to preserve the sacred space you interact in (abstractly). Wow, being a man of your word is big here. Women won't necessarily know it bugs them or makes them feel unsafe and unable to surrender (be feminine) but it will cause the feelings nonetheless.

Coach Corey, I just wanted to say that your videos and advice are very helpful, thank you very much. I’m 45 and Recently divorce, We have two kids girl 11 and boy 4 . First of all I just wanted to say I love my wife and I’ll do anything to get her back. I was married with my wife for a total of 11 years of which 6 together and 5 separated. During the separation period we were still together almost every day, with the difference that we live in different places now, she will come to my place and I’ll go to her place just like a marriage , we share the time with the kids , so I have the kids every other weekend, she blames me for the divorce,calling me macho, I don’t give her time to see her friends, so on and so forth, and all that is true, anyway I work long hours every day and I only had the weekends to enjoy my family and spend time with them, and she said that I needed to change my behavior, I personally think that There’s nothing wrong to love your family, I really believed we were going to get back together again and be a family once again, keep in mind we were separated for about 5 years and we were seeing each other almost like a married couple, almost because we don’t live together, suddenly the last 6 months she wanted to get divorce, and nothing to do with me anymore, I try everything to convince her not to get divorced, but nothing worked, last 4 months she started to act different, cold like we never been a couple, so we divorced. I could not understand what was happening or why this sudden change in her personality, anyway one weekend unannounced I went to get my kids, she didn’t know I was coming and I found a guy with her, so I confronted her and she said she got tired to wait for me to change so she decided to move on with her life and she said besides this is nothing new that this guy is been interested for the last 3 years, I’m totally emotional destroy , I feel that she betrayed me, but I still love her very much. What do you think, do I have a chance, should I stop pretending she’s coming back, this is very hard because we have kids and I have to see her when is my time with the kids. Please let me know.

When she messaged you, you were supposed to assume she missed you, take the lead and try to set up a date. If she refused, you say “let me know if you change your mind”. You do that twice again if she messages again. (Never reach out first, of course). From there on out, you say “good hearing from you, gotta run.” When you didn’t bring up a date after her message, she assumed you were either over it completely, or she didn’t want to take the lead (that’s your job as a man). Gotta read the book..... a lot. Videos aren’t near enough, because you’ll end up doing this stuff. It sounds like she missed you, simply because she sent that lame ass message. At least you know now. Hope all is going well.

I walked away from a guy I met and am crazy about. He started acting flakey and didn't keep his word. I just went about my life and let him go. I went out on a date with another guy and had a second one already lined up. The Universal energy shifted in me and soon he realized he would loose me because he texted me wanting us to talk about the possibility of dating exclusively. The saga continues.

Same thing is happening to me except I knew you can't smother a woman with affection etc and make yourself available all the time. I still did this and my gf has been acting shady this whole month. Have a friend that I have been interested in for a while, she has been interested in me as well. I'm reading your book, a little bit difficult I'm not a English speaker but, I'm going for the 10 to 15 time.

I'm about 80% done with the book. (My 1st read lol, and yes I know already "10 to 15 times") But I immediately noticed the talking on Skype for FIVE HOURS! is a big nono, when this email mentioned that lol. Meet, meet, meet!!! It's a horrible mistake I've made 100s of times in the past. I'm not good on the phone anyway, and was always hesitating to call girls, and some I never called because of that , But the man Corey made it easy for me now, PHONE IS ONLY FOR SETTING DATES!! damn why I didnt have this info in my blossom years!?

This content is a godsend! I am in the situation, where I'm involved with a woman, who apparently isn't as interested in me, as I am in her. The thing is - I have engaged emotionally, and just out of the blue, she cancelled a date (not the first) via text and suggested to make it the next month. I just don't believe it - if someone is REALLY interested, she won't reschedule, and if she really needs to reschedule, she still texts or calls to check out how am I doing. She doesn't text at all, I was always the initiator (it is not her style to text in general, but come on... really?). I've made a mistake to text her sometimes after that, but after watching this video I say to myself "screw that". I texted her last time just like the coach says here and I am going radio-silence (second day right now). In addition, I am seeing another woman in a few days, so my mind is not focused on the former lady only (that was also my big mistake earlier). I made a ton of mistakes, based on the information Coach presents here on his YT channel. SO MANY MISTAKES! I can't believe it, but it's true. I don't even know if I can turn the things around with the lady. It's tough to stick to the "No Contact Rule", if I feel I am really engaged emotionally, but damn, what do I have to lose here? Why do I set myself in that position, where I don't feel that I am treated just the same, as I treat her? We'll see how this thing work out. Thank you so much for the eye-opener! Just for the record - she contacted me (so in this case No-Contact worked), I wanted to set up a date, rejected (some lame excuse). It was the second time I asked for a date that got rejected. So I decided to tell her "the speech" and move on. It's hard and very painful, but I don't want to waste my time anymore. Deleted her number, her text messages, everything. Hope you guys are in a better situation after using No-Contact.

F. Lashby - I actually did it :) I moved on, regret and bitterness is gone and also dating other women :) Had one date just last night with a woman with a very different attitude (in a very positive way). It's amazing how enlightening it can be, when you realize that you can find a woman way preetier and way better than before. I don't have any contact with the woman from my first post here and I will continue that policy, just no contact.

The problem is, women do not have to adhere to all these rules and standards that men have to. All of this advice sounds great, but at the end of the day, it doesn't seem very realistic. The fact is, men have to work so much harder to win over a woman, regardless of how utterly useless she possibly could be, and it is downright exhausting. For example, if a man sees a women he finds attractive, it does not mater how closed off, distant or stand offish she is, the man will still want to go over and talk to her, unfortunately, the same does not work the other way around, simply because women are not attracted to emotional weakness in men, at all. Men have to be cool, slick and smooth with every single detail for there to ever be a chance, and the sad thing is, if the man is not the alpha type, but more so emotional sensitive, it will be rough.....

The higher her attraction, the more mistakes you can make with her. Nobody is perfect after all. Just read the book. I'm on my 6th read. Seen more improvement in my game than when I wasn't reading the book. I'd never thought I'd see the day where a chick would give me her number without me asking for it 🤷‍♂️😂 but I'm not complaining at all. I love it. My confidence has definitely increased from those days of me being a guy who didn't know how to talk to women.

The last text I sent her was basically if you change your mind hit me up. Is true, I told him I was giving up on him and he walked away but he keeps liking my posts on Instagram which in a way makes me feel he is watching but he can give a damn about me. I know I didn't handle this right from the beginning when she originally dumped me but being that she was reaching out the whole three months we were back and forth do you think this was the right thing to do and also she had told me a few days leading up to this that she was still strongly attached to me and didn't know what to do that she was stuck in a crossroad and had to make a decision and that is what prompted me to make that decision a few days later. I feel she's confused still loves me cuz she said so but didn't think I have the balls to walk away from her because I hadn't done it yet for more than a week what is your opinion on this thank you and I will keep watching.

After a few weeks of arguing and tension (over reasonable boundaries crossed), I told her to give me a call when she wants to be sweet like she was in the beginning. Unfortunately I was weak by initiating contact two days later. We “made up” only for her to tell me “things felt forced” and “she doesn’t think she has it in her” to continue. I simply said “Yeah I agree, I’ve been feeling checked out emotionally too. Oh well, we gave it to the good ole’ try” and to “call me if you change your mind and maybe we can figure something out” and got right off the phone. She sounded surprised and was quiet. Ended with “well, take care!” Walking away and not turning back. I feel good. She sounded surprised

Well the good news is that my girl or... ex girl told me she wanted to be friends and I gave the PERFECT response according to Corey. Oh man. Well I was needy, I acted like a friend, that's why I got the speech. In the end maybe it's better this happened to me. I have the opportunity for growth!!! I'll either get her back or I won't and I'll find another girl. Walk away and never look back, huh? Well so be it. Come whatever may. I can't stop for anyone, I love her and want to be with her, but in the end...I need to learn how to not be a needy bitch, and sometimes a metaphorical shovel to the face is the best teaching method.

Did you send her that text? If a girl who once had interest is now losing interest then it means you're not dating her properly, maybe you're doing too much? Don't do too much, do less. Go to ice cream and park dates and then somewhere at night to do an activity. Interact with her and laugh with her a lot. Get closer and closer to her hug her and tease her. look her in the eyes and lips and know you can have her . You have to seduce her or else you're just a friend. I've tried all that nice stuff, spending thousands of dollars in a month taking a girl out and doing amazing things like getting sold out front row concert tickets flying her to vacations and everything, none of that shit works, these stupid girls would feel more attraction when I take them to stupid ass park dates and spend 0 dollars on them... THEY WOULD SPEND MONEY ON ME GETTING ME FOOD AND ICE CREAM!!! Wtf??! My GF broke up with me on Monday. I took it hard at the beginning as I wasn't too sure what I'd done wrong. However after questioning myself I can see now, the ADD pills I'm taking for my ADD give me mood swing side-effects, this increased my aggressiveness towards her whenever we had an argument. Anyway, Corey I've been listening to your advice on how I could get her back and I'll follow it up. I haven't contacted her in a while since Tuesday and I'll keep it that way. She brought the whole "I still want to be friends with you " shit and I told her "Look, what we have is more than friendship and if you don't see it this way than that's fine". She kept telling me that exes could still be friends but I told no. I hope I did the right thing, I do want to get back but I don't want to fuck it up ... what else should I do too?
