That's great enforcement of where I'm at right now . I've got all of my things from her place but have since realised my passport and macbook is still there. However I'm just practicing patience and being quiet. There are also flights in place for both of us to go to ireland and shes not mentioned cancelling or refunding me yet. Also her car is insured by me still and shes not mentioned that either. Just hoping she'll begin to miss me.

Yeah don't contact her under any circumstance(no birthdays or condolences like Coach Corey says) and start talking to other women. Like I said scarcity makes people behave neurotically and having options helps you(it helped me). If/when she contacts you directly make a date at your place because she needs to earn another chance with you. If she says no then just say that it's been a long week and to contact you later. You want women to want you to and talking to lots of women has helped me and it will help you as well

What I find quite ironic about this whole breakup and "winning her/him back" fiasco is that we watch all this content just for ourselves, thinking it's just US that wants to win them back. Like, lets say it does happen and our ex actually does in fact "come back to us," and in doing so breaks it off with the person they are currently dating - then that person gets devastated and starts watching all this content. They now want to "win their ex back" from you. Round and round we go.

Instead of focusing on "winning her back", most times, it's better to focus on "letting her go", and moving on. What dudes fail to acknowledge, is the reason women can move on so quickly after a break up, is because she already had your replacement lined up before she left you. Many women will keep you around as a back up plan, or a beta orbiter, for your non-sexual attention (long phone/text convo, hanging out with her like you are two girlfriends) in case the new guy doesn't work out.

this girl and i have been on and off for 4 years and we split back in Nov and one thing that ended it was that i started chasing too much and drove her away, since then i have been reading your book and watching your videos, good stuff! i am pretty much part of her family; i'm friends with her cousins, brothers, etc, even before i met her. her mom and dad see me as their son and her brother is my best friend. at a recent dinner my ex brought a new guy over and no big deal, i kept my composure, something i didn't do before. she introduced me as the "adopted whatever" and i just laughed. she was actually showing interest in me, she was laughing at my jokes, jumping in all the conversations i was having and commenting on a lot of stuff i said, body language was pointing towards me, and when we made eye contact she would look at me with the same eyes she had when we dated. i would like to get me ex back and apply this new knowledge into the relationship. how should i keep going about this? just give it time?

This whole scenario is so common. It's all about oneitis and a scarcity mindset. Now that she's not with him anymore that caused the fear to arise in him - fear that he will never meet anyone better and fear that no other woman will want or love him. All he needs to do is remind himself of the time before the breakup which hold the reasons why he shouldn't try to get back with her. When he was comfortable he didn't give two shits about being with her. He was complacent and not enthusiastic about her then and he wanted to date other women. He felt these things when he was WITH HER. And if he got back together with her again he would have went back to exactly that same place. Those are his true feelings about her actually. All he is doing is acting out of his fear of loss, which causes him to focus only on what he perceives he is losing while glossing over the reasons why he lost interest in her and broke up with her to begin with. You need to keep your head in these situations. The fear and strong emotions are not logical. It is your brain desperately trying to get that bond back that you had with that person, because you have been cut off from them and so you are also cut off from experiencing those pleasurable neurochemicals and hormones associated with pair bonding. But you have to let the rational part of yourself be in control. Just because you experience fear and strong emotions it doesn't mean you have to trust and go along with them. All you have to do is let that person go, don't try to keep in contact with them, forget about them, move on, and allow your brain to remap itself and adjust to that person no longer being in your world. A good understanding of neuroscience goes hand in hand with the study of relationships.

She’s not asking him to take back the things he spoke behind his wife’s back or humiliate him intentionally. The mistress has texted the wife and told her she is inadequate and basically bullying the wife. She believes that it would feel like protection her husband would do this. She loves him and is only asking him to do this, they have remained in the same home and are to my knowledge hysterically bonding still. Discovered the affair 16 days ago.

Got a girl coming over my place tomorrow. Been reading the book and watching videos in order to overcome last minute resistance.

I’ve been going on a few Catch up dates from online dating since I’ve become single I really did struggle losing my LDR Ex. This is my story: 2 years ago i met a girl and go a huge crush on her. Exactly my type naturally beautifull tall blue eyes brown hair and a smoking body. At the time i was 45kgs overweight and super depressed. Started loosing weight abaout a year ago. 4 months ago i finally got the courage to ask her out excpecting to be rejected before i even asked. She suprissingly accepted and we dated for 2 months before she dumped me. I decided to contact her after 2 weeks and she started to date me again and that went to crap 1 week ago. The sad part is i now realise i have spent 2 years obsessing over a girl that would litteraly throw me out like trash once she was done playing with me and the worst part is i know i would let her do it again just to be with her again.... The 1 good thing i have gotten out of this experience is finding Coreys work. Just picked up the book and im 50% done with my first read.

My question refers to "The guy who was rejected by a girl in the past and let her go but is waiting for her to come back". They'd never get back together. Unless one of them dared show an ounce of desperation by contacting the other. I think honesty works best--and i dont mean clingyness. If I like you again imma just say it. I’ve wanted this answered for a while. I was dating a girl for only two weeks (doing everything right) and she asked to be exclusive and said that she loved me, only after two weeks. She’s not possessive, doesn’t blow up my phone, isn’t always asking who I’m with or what I’m doing, and is mostly laid back. We even slept with each other once while drunk without protection and she insisted she took the morning after pill, which I was happy with (showed me she wasn’t a nutcase) she is a little bit insecure, but nothing crazily out of the ordinary. Even really beautiful women are insecure at times I’ve realized. My question is: You said it usually takes a minimum of 7 weeks for a women to fall in love and want to be exclusive, so what do you make of my situation? She’s fairly attractive has had guys ask her on many dates, but decided to choose me and wanted to be exclusive after 2 weeks.

Coach you always say "if she wants to be friends, say no, I'm interested in you, call me if you change your mind." This happened to me but I hadn't watched your videos so I asked about friends with benefits and she said no again. I think it's still assumed that were friends because I talked to her friend after and said I was amenable to it. Of course I don't want to be friends. I did no contact, I'm 10 days in. Should I say I don't want to be friends or just leave it?

My girlfriend canceled a Date yesterday and said we could "maybe" meet today. This Bullshit of course and I want to Show her that I wont accept to be treated like that. Is it appropriate to das that directly like "if you want to Keep me you have to treat me with respect " or shall I just tell her to Contact me when she wants to meet and ignore her?

WOMEN say things like that; I think there's even a song about it R-E-S-P-E-C-T. When your girlfriend called and cancelled; and then suggested the "maybe" date you really should have stopped her cold in her tracks. By that I mean; you should have said "No, I have plans I'll call you later" ....later can mean several days.... and let her call you. Let me tell you something about women, if she really considers herself your girlfriend and does want to go out with you she will be expecting a call to go out even after she cancelled a date. When you do not call within two days AND again if she considers herself your girlfriend she will be on that phone to "check-in" ..... "Hi! Whats going on?" because she wants to know what IS really going on? Why did you not want to meet on her "maybe" date and why you haven't called the last couple of days.....

When she's cold and not talkative, either she's not feeling well or she just isn't very interested in you. How do you tell the diffrence? It appears most guys assume something is wrong and dig for something while actually she just doesn't feel like talking to them. just curious

i was seeing this one girl once a week and after a couple of dates i asked her out again she didnt replay, I didnt ask why and didnt think about it much... after another week i asked her out again and she said she's really busy but she will let me know when she's free (which she didnt)... after the 3rd week of not seeing her i asked her out again and she said now she has time... so i set up a date today on the 14th and she told me that a friend of her came to visit for 4 days so she couldn't today... i took it as an bullshit excuse and told her that she doesnt show enough interest and she said that's not true, so I basically told her i'm not having any interest anymore as well. Now im not sure what to do... she was texting back with very linear answer and not asking any questions back... i was doing all the texting first, but she was ready to see me so im not sure if she has interest or not. also after i told her i dont wanna meet her anymore 3 days passed and she texted me first... I really don't wanna come over as a clingy person and ask why she is not replaying sometimes or why she was busy, looks kinda boy-ish in my eyes and not really masculine. im really confused.

Hi coach corey, I just need some quick advise or insight, currently I’m in no contact for 40 days now (working on myself etc) out of the blue my ex gf just reached out today morning via text message but the content is nothing positive “she message me in a polite manner that if I can delete now our photos together in social media because its almost over 3 months already since our break up then she ended with thank you.” I am blocked in all her social media but i know she’s stalking my fb via dummy account, rory is this a test from her? I did not reply to the message. Should I break no contact? and if I what should I tell her? on this regard because some of the vids is that if the ex reached out I should not ignore but what confuse me is the content of the message so should I reply back or just leave it and continue in no contact, she is stubborn that is why I’m surprised she just reached out. That’s why u should read the F book ten to 15 times dude. Sometimes women say things just tot test the shit out of you. She wanna know if u still love her or caring the torch for her… your case is very simple and Corey already did cover this topic! U should invite her to your house. No Dates, no gifts and no expensive dinners. She must come to you. And read the book 10 to 15 times.

What would you guys say about unfollowing someone on Snapchat who you dated but ultimately ruined for being weak. Unfollowing was to get over her quicker but it’s not helping too much as it’s been 2 months and I think about her all the time while she keeps moving on and on

If unfollowing helps you move on, then good choice. Now if she still follows you, you could snap things that could slowly cause jealousy and curiosity. But it has to be super subtle and not blatant or it’ll backfire forever

Michael Moore most ppl say unfollowing looks like a “spiteful” “petty” move but I don’t think so if you’re looking out for yourself. I did when she started dating someone new why? Because it would trigger negative emotions every time I have to be reminded about when she posts. So yes the start of healing mentally and emotionally is detachment and cutting ties. Out of sight, out of mind and you probably will think about her we’re not robots lol but it won’t be those obsessive thoughts it gets better with time and the more time passes you’ll find yourself asking “do I really want her back, is it worth it?”

Bro i am speaking from personal experience: If it's been 2 months and she hasn't contacted you, then that is a DIRECT answer from her how she feels about you. Attachment = suffering. Let her go completely and enjoy your life. Why let someone you doesn't give a shit about you have such a strong influence on how you feel? PS - unfollowing her on Snap, IG etc is exactly what you should have done.
