10-15 times, so you know how to show up while fighting those urges. Then, apply it over and over again to get rid of the bad habits and embody the principles in the book so you do it without thinking.

This was a situation where she wanted no strings attached sex to get over a breakup of some sort. The fact he lives in another town made it extremely convenient because she doesn’t have to worry about him getting in the way when/if she decides to get back together with her ex (which has likely already happened). Congratulations on getting a week of non- stop sex and store it away in your mind as a fond memory . That’s all it was. Don’t burn that bridge, though, because long distance F buddies make great F buddies.

@@countdowntorevolution9986 Golden rule is that there is a main reason for the breakup, and it is far better to move on. It would take huge paragraph to explain why, so I'll shorten it to just being that it's safer that way. Granted, there are exceptions to the rule, but those are rare and it depends on if the two people have changed in the right ways to make it work.

A lot of the time, a breakup is the result of the man not dating his woman or making her feel heard and understood. If those are the reasons she she left him, and he's recently found Corey, why wouldn't he want another shot at doing things right? I would. However, if the breakup is due to her cheating because she has no integrity or she is a bad communicator or just a horrible person to be around, then yeah, never take her back.

I put myself in a bad position again. 2 years ago I met a girl at work, an nurse, also an LPN in the army reserves. We exchanged numbers but I did no pursuing because I had a gf. I was in a sexless relationship for four years. Finally my ex and I break up and the nurse and I start chatting and hanging out in June. In July we kissed and then hooked up 3 weeks ago. After we hooked up she went to her 3 week annual training in FT Knox. During that time we spoke every day (I feel like I ruined the excitement by talking to her so much). I’m head over absolute effing heels for this woman - she’s Army, I’m former Marine and former Army. We’re both in the medical field. We’re both ambitious. She told me how much she liked me and couldn’t wait to see me again, how she never met a man like me before, how she loves talking to me, etc etc. she flew back into Tampa on Friday and I picked her up and we just spent the whole weekend together hanging out hooking up and having fun. This morning I drove her back home. We made plans to hang out next Friday as her nursing graduation ceremony is finally happening. She told me she’s going to miss me and we kissed and said goodbye. We spoke earlier briefly but there was no real spark like there has been the last 3 weeks. I feel like I need to back off and make myself busy with other things. I’m from New York and have lived in Florida the last 4 years and I don’t really have much to do other than work, take care of my animals, and take care of my house. This is driving me crazy. I hate feeling this way. Sorry for bothering you guys just needed to get this off my chest.

If she doesn’t call within the next couple of weeks, date another girl and hint at it on social media…. If she sees value in you, she’ll get in touch, if not… move on.

She dumped me twice (she go out with me, dumped me, go out with me, and dumped me... because of unattractive behaviour), and in the last time gave "lets just be friends speech"... i said that i does not wanted, and if she changes of the ideia for she reaches out.

Lol. Never date women from work. The risk of losing your job isn't worth it. However, you got her number and asked her out over text, which is the weak way to go about it. Should have just asked her out in person and arranged a definite date, then got her number in case something came up. You would have come across as more confident that way. I wouldn't ask her out again, but I wouldn't ignore her. I would be charming and just go about my work. When she sees that you're not bothered by the rejection and there is some interest there, you will gain interest points, and she may even ask you out. But if she has no interest, nothing will happen.

Big deal, four days of not hearing from her. I bet she’s on a couple dating apps. Jump on a couple dating apps and use her town as your location. I bet she’s on Bumble and Hinge. You can’t use another location from where you are located on Bumble though. Use CW’s setting up the ultimate dating profile language and let her see you on there. This changes their tune pretty quickly. Plus you get the benefit of conversing and meeting with some other horses to add to the stable…you might even come across a thoroughbred.
