Dude same. We had so much in common and everything was great. But looking back now I could tell she was afraid of love. She stressed herself out so much that she couldn't handle it anymore and left. Messed me up bad. My advice, cry as much as you can dude. Not even kidding, crying is such a good medicine. Sometimes I study and she intrudes my mind and i just bawl it out and get back to work when I numb out. I feel this is why everyone is doing the "hook up" thing because everyone has gotten burnt and now nobody wants to commit.

Self esteem and self respect is paramount. If you want her and she dumped you, don’t chase her. Only ONE time tell her that you want her, and if she change her mind to give you a call. Just that. After that, you must move on as much as it hurts. (Special note: if she slept with someone else during the break up, DONT take her back) This is a great video with great advices.

Such low view of yourself. Noone is noones posession. And I don't do turns as a man. When I am going for a woman, I am going for being decades together. I don't need the other bullshit. I only hear guys here saying this simplistic nonsense you're cramming and that many of the men just like to do a quick date and go on to the next. Yes, with such mentality I can understand you talk about someone is never yours and it was your turn. Some women also think like that. But they are the women who I don't want. They are the crappy ones. I had a 11 year long relationship which I broke up at the end. But it was not because of her, but in how I felt physically in attraction to her. But either way, she was an incredible person, she had incredible heart, carried great values, and till the end of the relationship she still believes I am the best person ever to be in her life. That is the kind of women I am talking about. And I have always tried my very best for her. That I had change in feelings over so many years is something I could not help and does not make me or her better or worse. In any case. Women or men who think like you do, don't really have good self respect nor values

Yeah, you still love them now and a part of you always will but trust me it gets way better. Not saying 2nd chances never work but it will be if it's meant to be. In many cases, possibly yours is not his fault but the woman's, or rather the mother of nature. You may have committed things like not bringing that sexual intensity, that affective communication, not being emotionally present at all times, etc but let me tell you the following if the thing breaks down, it is her fault because she has not put in effort, she has not He indicated exactly what was happening to him and he has not shown empathy in the face of your difficulties, a situation that you could be going through. She still complains about 3 of your mistakes but if you analyze it carefully you see that she made those same "mistakes" or even made the same mistakes even to a greater extent or even more but yours are the ones that will count. I am not saying that you cannot be guilty, nor that you are perfect, nor that you do not need it or that it is good that you learn more about relationship skills but so that you take it into account. You did everything you could with the resources you had, they were not enough for her, keep in mind the hypergamic side, she could have seen someone who was a better match, more handsome, rich, successful. Get better, increase your value, learn more about social skills, sexual skills, relationships skills, dating skills, men and woman dynamics and go with another woman. That woman doesn't deserve your best version. Good luck and I hope life smiles on you!

Don Smith she was sweet and loving at first, she was the perfect woman for me, everything I wanted in a woman. Fast forward to about six months later and she turned out to be a nasty girl. Constantly put me down and tried to stop me from going out with my friends, pulled me away from my family, called my money “our money” (even though her money was for herself), constantly guilt tripped me for anything as simple as not cuddling her to sleep. She would demand to check through my phone and actually got pissed off when she couldn’t find proof that I had been cheating on her, one time she wouldn’t speak to me for days.. Because she had a fucking DREAM that I cheated on her. But, I was young and naive, she was older and would tell me that those things were normal in a relationship. In the end I had enough. She drove me away from her so I finished with her and never looked back. This is partly why I think the no contact rule is bullshit.. When I left my ex girlfriend, I felt free like a heavy weight came off my chest, I found myself again, now I’m in an amazing relationship with a woman who really is perfect for me, as I am for her

Take the time for introspection if you get dumped. When I was younger, I never really registered getting dumped because there was always someone else in the picture immediately after. A series of rebounds. I never really learned anything about myself. I never learned why I was losing women (or keeping toxic women). This time I decided to not do anything after getting dumped. I faced the loneliness, took time to look at myself and what was wrong (fear of being alone). Now, I feel so much better. Also, the ex is back looking for me...

I was always more healthy and in shape than my ex. I just remained focused on making music and promoting it. I didn't like how she was negative. She had no hobbies so she was clingy and wanted too much of my time. She needed constant reassurance and validation. She needed me because she was a single mom and I said I never would date a single mom but I went for her anyway. But I was seeing someone else since we weren't official yet. Honestly, she didn't want to lose me to another woman so she tried to get me. Once she got me she found someone else. I learned that women love/like you for who you are then they spend time breaking you down and changing you. After they change you they leave for the guy who you used to be. So always be yourself. Don't change for anyone.

I would watch what you say about single mothers. They are trying for their kids. Watch what you say or come out ..!! Take it from me I'v been a single mother I am still young and doing what I need to do for my kids. Maybe you were'nt not mentally ready to be a step father that's all.. I'v been single mother for 3 years without my child Father Around. I work 2 jobs and going to school and taking care of my own Family's.. like I mean we do co parenting together for the sake the kids. But anyways I would of you I would watch what you say period.. !! All single mother are trying .. if you can't take the lead of being Father Figure than you wasn't ready in the beginning

Thank you so much for the words of wisdom and encouragement. I am so grateful that I listen to your videos. I am 51 years old and I'm barely learning the true dynamics of women. One thing that I'm confused about is. Women are attracted to a man that is focused on his own goals, that's self confident. However what do you when a woman complains that you don't spend enough time with her? Alot of women desire attention and admiration. It seems like relationships are not about comprising. It's about a man accommodating his significant other. Yes alot of women in today's society are hypergamous. Women don't love men for who they are. They love what they can do for them. Alot of them are not emotionally stable either. I guess that it's true that you can't sacrifice your happiness just to make a woman happy. Hope you continue to make more videos.😊

I feel like people get too comfortable when they're in a relationship and they take things for granted. They stop doing all of the things they should be doing, like taking GREAT care of themselves, doing things for others, examining the problems in their relationships, learning about women/men, creating a life they enjoy etc. If you are constantly a work in progress and trying to live your best life and treating women/men well, you will have great relationships because you will be doing the WORK. Relationships are work not a vacation. If you want that special woman back then do what you need to do to improve yourself to make yourself attractive to her again. You don't need to give up and move on, just do the work and show her that you're different, you've evolved. You will have to do it anyway but it takes more effort to start from scratch with another woman than to reignite the flame with a woman you've already built something with. I agree that you shouldn't "chase" but, let her know VERY subtly that's she still on your mind and that you haven't lost interest. Don't stalk her. Act confident even if it's killing you inside. She wants & needs to see your strength. Give her the space she needs to begin to miss you. She'll start to notice that you're changing and the attraction will begin to build again. Take it slow. Good luck everyone.

I love your advice. It's so much better than the video. My husband of 35 yrs left me 3 weeks ago. I'm working on me now but I hope he comes around again and sees the changes. Right now he deactivated his phone, closed his p.o. box and moved out of our home. Blamed me for everything. He wasn't able to look at the man in the mirror. I still love him and I pray that he comes around.

A lot of women date, get married, have kids, divorce you and take 50 to 90 percent of everything you worked for. They see men as useful until they have kids. They don't care that kids need a mom and a dad. Now that Brad got sober she is still fighting to give him zero visitation. Nothing but vindictiveness. And in the long run it damages your children. But a parent that is narcissistic think their kids don't need anyone but them.

As a 50 year old, I tried so hard and I don't think I could have treated a woman more perfectly. We seemed perfect for each other and had a wonderful 3 week holiday in the south of France. We lived separately and she lost her mum a couple of months ago, I supported her so much and all seemed great. Recently our intimacy became less and I eventually brought up the subject... She left immediately and we are over. I am devastated and feel alone, family have helped and I have left her alone. It is awful to be told that "it was never going to work" I am doing my best to move forward and hope to feel happy again. Good luck with anyone who has the same pain.

I was just dumped too by the "love of my life". Even though the whiny baby part of my brain doesn't want to accept it the harsh truth is that these woman are simply not the love of our life. Neither of us have experienced true love yet nor do we know what it is obviously since we THOUGHT we did but here we are right... So lets do ourselves a favor and remember #1 shes not the love of our life. Even though our exes said it 100 times probobally, it was just something we said out of pleasant feeling. #2 thinking we lost the love of our life is extrememly toxic and will only be counterintuitive to moving on or trying to get her back. #3 if we never get back with our exes we will more than likely find another girl that we will reach true love with. #4 we have a purpose in life to work on that is far more important than a woman. #5 God is always there and he loves us more than anything. #6 it is 100% truth that we do not need a woman to live a content life. Peace, happiness, contentment, purpose.. these are not things that come from the world or any woman for that matter. They come from God and we can be the greateat version of ourself without any of these things we feel we need.

We were totally in love with each other but I made a small mistake and she led me to believe she needed some space, ok she got it. (It was a work romance). I backed off and she chased me at every turn but she kept backing away when I asked her out. So, I walked. Being angry, she went to HR, said I was stalking her which ultimately got me fired. So, although I still love her, I may be their if she needs me but even if she begged and groveled she will never get me back. After five years with her living out in Tahoe, she is now texting hints. Beauty is skin deep but ugliness goes clear to the bone.

Answer = Jiu-Jitsu solves everything and chicks dig Jiu-Jitsu(at least that's what I tell myself when not doing Jiu-Jitsu, which is never). At the very least you will become a savage who can handle anything Results may vary...

The amount of time that it takes to "get over" a relationship, depends on both the situation and the individual.

All these dating advice boils down to how much you value yourself, how much self respect you have. Once you establish your self worth everything fall in place automatically. Most people can not enjoy solitude and go crazy when lonely, we need to establish a healthy relationship with ourselves first before anything else.

Very good video. Better getting a new instead trying to repair a broken relationship especially when a woman behaves with no respect during the relationship and can sleep with a new man shortly after break up. I stop the spendings now and invest in a new. Believe me, it's better for all of us.

I have been going through a painful situation. She started to keep me orderly forcefully. To check if I am putting self respect above love, she made me sit up in public, n then asked me to touch feet ... N all just because of her ego. Earlier I was her happiness, now she is coming up with every possible way to use slangs, disrespect and block me .... 😭😭😭😭

@Andrew Adams it Will NEVER last. Trust me. Most young guys don't ever want to be seen in public with a 50yr old woman. They only see older women as fantasies and conquests. In time, it will hit her.

The bad thing about starting fresh is that you will repeat the same circle and get from a position of strength to a weak position. People have to change to have a different result or find a more suitable woman.

Good point. But one might argue, how do you maintain position of strength, when you live in the west? You get married and she has you by the balls, the moment you sign on the dotted line, and she is well aware of that
