Juaga was such a gentleman, he didn't wanted to overpower her so he always was her back up, he loved her as a _maestro_ and she loved him as a mentor. Always best friend and a incredible performer couple. Juanga knows her voice to perfection and make them just for her. ❤ Nice videos, I love that you actually paid attention to the lyrics, it's so important!

Come on! Even if he tried he couldn't. This song is hers and perhaps he could've been more passionate here but he could never overpower her voice. He wrote the songs on her vocal abilities. She's not even giving her all. We can compare many songs both sang back to back and see who overpowers who. Amor eterno, Muerte del palomo, inocente pobre amiga, etc. Yet, both were very professional as to try to ruin a song for competition only.

Very emocional performance.

Rocio Durcal remains as one of those dynamic voices that once she sang a song it would become the ultimate version. She would use all the resources available for it like air, double vibrato, go soft and high suddenly. Chest voice, not much head voice but she would use them all in just one song. Everytime someone tries to do one of her songs, it always falls short because she had done everything that could be done in a song.

I have followed your videos because I feel that you are very honest in your comments, I must tell you that Juan Gabriel is an institution in Mexico and although he is not longer among us, he was such a great composer and singer that touched hearts of thousands of people not only in Mexico but in many other countries around the world, Juan Gabriel, Rocio Durcal and recently José José are no longer among us, but their musical legacy will remain among us! Yes this is a great song, Rocio is from Spain and came to Mexico and sang her songs and a lot of his songs and she made movies too. She is a very known Artist. Juan Gabriel made and gave her songs to sing and she got very famous more with Juan Gabriel songs. But she is an Icon in Mexico too.
