The VOB ladies influenced by RATM and similar - Tom Morello a fan of VOB. They are still young and seem to be eating up new techniques and musical ideas rapidly. Got my tickets.

One of their latest videos on their channel is a video call with Tom Morello. He asks them how they got the idea to play rock/metal, and they said they stumbled on System of a Down and then Rage Against the Machine. I think VoB found them on KZread or someone else had a CD, something like that. I know it was those two bands in that order.

They found SOAD and RATM through their teacher's laptop (he's also the one that taught them the instruments); and found out it was his fave bands.. but turned VOB liked it so much instead of playing pop music.. and since then they changed their genre to metal..

This band is truly amazing and I'm always blown away every time I see their performance.

just like you..i'm also in love with the lead guitar solo when it comes to the melody. why not use shered or a little arpegio skill to make it a bit fierce. but the crazy fans are angry ..Don't want to take criticism...

They are younger girl and new comer, but I'm sure they will be grow better with them band... Long live Indonesian rock!

The fact is tom morello RATM is a huge fan of VOB

I've been following VOB for several years, it's great that they are finally getting noticed. RATM, SOAD, RHCP are all influences. Another Indonesian band I'm watching is Jewel Box, they are just starting out and are in that phase where they are just doing covers.
