    Thank you, this is just what I needed when conducting presentations. How can I start implementing these vocal foundations? I'm an introvert you see and I'm currently having a hard time finding someone to engage with orally, do you have any suggestions?

    Have to strain very hard to hear it. It was recorded at too low of a volume. It sounds like you are very far from your Mike or the Mike is being buffered… Voice itself is clear, but just not nearly loud enough.
