I have been uploading shorts videos on KZread lately pertaining to spoken english and have already made more than 30 videos but I am having a hard time incorporating body language into my videos. I am just not being able to understand as to what should I do as I also freeze up in front of the camera and hence I somehow speak with zero expression and because of this my shorts videos are not at all doing well inspite of having immense value in them. Please help me?

I had to force myself to use body language. How to bring it naturally?

I’m gonna assume just follow your instinct. It’s pretty much just like learning a new language and using it to communicate with others. Like your spanish may be a bit broken but as long as you try to get your point across

The same way as any new skill - practice. It seems counter-intuitive but doing something repeatedly is one of the best ways to eventually do it naturally.
