Vietnamese Com Chay with Sausage (Under 30 Minutes Dish)

A simple and easy to make dish when you have left over rice or fresh cooked rice. This dish can be eaten with many dishes together.
Ingredients:
3 cups cooked rice (4 cups work too)
1 beef sausage (or any protein you have Left over will work too. roast chicken/pork/beef/none)
1/4 cup green onion
2-3tbsp dried shallots (or fresh stir fried shallot will work best )
1tsp chicken powder/mushroom seasoning
Oil
Around 20 minutes to cook for this dish on medium low heat.
