I bought one and it works fine, plus I purchased the efx adapter..pretty cool unit..I use it for backup..also have the DDJ-sb2...thanks for the video..was helpful getting re-educated with my VCI - 300

I have one of these, and the other day I made a mix and when I went in to mix the next song, the volume on the song I was playing went down then when I blended in the next song, the volume went back to normal. so every time I mixed in a song, the volume dropped, once I was done mixing the song, the volume went back up to regular. can you help me with this?

hey can the vci 300mkii use sound effects? for example the siren horn and so on?

Summer 2013....Serato DJ will be ready for the 300 mk2 and vfx-1. My guess mid August.

can you record your mix's using itch? also does the vfx 1 rebate apply to us here in canada? i order mine from long & Mcquade last week in toronto. nothing was mention about a rebate or free vfx 1.

u know what sucks . if u buy a power adaptor it wont work , a guy reversed the polarity on the adaptor , and then it worked , but how do i do that ?

Thanks for the great review. I just have a question, you ever have a problem with the jog wheel? from day one my left side didn't work as good and my right side. when I touch the right side it goes from blue to red but the left side wont do it, I played with the controls, but still have problems, even the track sticks sometimes and wont play, I have to keep hitting the cue to make it work. I love the player, but this problem is making me crazy. Any comment would be helpful.Thanks

You might have to reset the software or go to the options and see if there is a tab where you can recalibrate the pitch or knobs. If that doesn't work, try uninstalling and reinstalling the software and firmware.

Ode it's the perfect beginner dj kit. (I'm assuming you already have a seratoknow software and a computer) the only downside to this kit is how there aren't any samples and effects. Serato offers many great samples and effects but this kit cannot execute those samples and effects.

@@ngaislader1708 You can get adapters from Ebay/Amazon pretty easily. You can get RCA/XLR/TRS style connectors on one end for your speakers and the other end will be for the controller.

Hi I am using sla 2 amp with jcb eon 1500 passive speaker but voice not coming thru the woofer just through the tweeter. Can you please help , do I need to do some kind of settings laptop or software or something wrong with with the connection?
