Thank you for this tutorial 😁👍 With this video I upgraded my LX125 to Malossi 190cc kit and Pollini 17/44 upgear 😊🙏
I like this one. You guys do a great job of explaining how these parts go together and work.
The level of understanding of how each part works is amazing. Well done guys, great watch!
After all this specialised and hard work these Great Mechanics have done and showed you..I sincerely hope the Scooters owner respects this and is more Vigilant next time to problems occuring and leading up to Engine failure...

@AnnDee4444

@@MrLaranjeira88 I have read that some people have used the Polini camshaft with the Malossi kit, although I am unsure if they also modified their piston for clearance. See: kzread.info/dash/bejne/g2SoqMaqZcrQl5c.html & modernvespa.com/forum/post2288968?highlight=#2288968

Thank you so much for this amazing video. I installed the v4 head and cylinder kit, along with the Forcemaster 2, after ordering from Scooterwest. It turned out great, and your video made it super easy to install. It's the little tips and tricks (how to remove/install the rubber stud o-rings, how to remove/install the piston clips and rings, how to properly torque, how to disassemble/reassemble the auto-decompression system) that made this completely worthwhile. You guys are great, and thank you for this video!

Excellent videos by Vespa Motorsport, I have watched all your videos & I don't even own a Vespa but it has got me thinking should I get one
i bought a Yamaha Warrior 350cc ATV and rebuilt the whole thing, engine included. yes it was fun to ride, but had more fun rebuilding. the knocking that came from the crankshaft eventually went away, and that as a miracle because it was pretty loud, but never replaced the crankshaft, just the sleeves. it was as quiet as a church mouse after a short time of riding. if i’m ever out in california again, i’ll make sure to drop in and say hello. who knows, maybe i’ll buy a scooter. nice job guys
I bought a new Vespa GTS 300 Super in November 22. It was delivered with only the test drive mileage on 8 mile . It was garaged over the winter months ( UK) kept on battery tender . Upon starting it a few week ago it just didn’t sound right , a clattering noise from the top end . I made a video of the problem and sent to my dealer who by the way is top notch having bought scooters from them over twenty year . After a week I was informed that the problem was the decompressor , a part of it had broken off and damaged the valves. So it needs a new top end apparently no other damage . As yet I’m still waiting for it to be repaired . The dealer informed me that in over seventeen year selling the GTS , they had never encountered this problem before . Just shows first time for everything, although I wasn’t expecting this on a brand new scooter .
Very nice video - I got stuck watching this. Fun just to see how the cylinder & co. looks taken apart.
Great Job! I like your professional handwork.
amazing video. Great class for all of us. thank you a lot
Really very didactic and precise, I installed the cylinder, cylinder head and force master Malossi and the truth is that the power is magnificent for a vespa 300

Hi, just 1 question. Why did you tighten the head fixing nuts only by 7nm+180°? Workshop manual says 7±1 + 10±1 + 270°. Again Thank you for this super-helpful video
Hi Robot, great job with all the vídeos. I have a question for you. I have a 2014 european gts300ie with around 20 thousand miles. Lately I have problems to start it. As you know you can not turn the throttle while starting the bike since it will actually not start. Well the thing is that if i do the normal starting procedure (brake lever and start/ignition button) the bike will not start, actually there is not reaction/noise at all. After playing a bit with the throttle it will actually eventually start. Not sure if it really has anything to do with the problem. Any thoughts on the problem. Thank you in advace for your help. Best regards from the other part of the pond.....

Nice video... I have a question I'm doing the same but on the Honda PCX same kit hough and like you I got the 3 Gaskets. there is no documentation for which ones to use. in the video you use the light one put the black Thicker one to the side. I use the standard head so do I use the black thicker gasket if I just place the default head back on?

Nice video guys you know your apples. I take it the guy with the glasses and the know how is called Robert. He said they have done around 10 of these piston and head replacements is this a common fault with this water cooled Vespas. Hi, great Video series! I have done a complete engine overhall on my 125 gt l (2003) according to your tutorials. This was my first experience on a scooter and thanks to your instructioncs nearly everything went fine so far. On my 218ccm malossi in combination with the V4 head I had no chance (really no chance) to get those O-rings in, which came with the malossi gasket set 1113960B. Is this normal? Since I have forgot the lower chain guard before fastening the head, I had to reopen it. I hope the gasket has survived.
