I recently acquired a 2001 ET2 with original battery and 4500km. Voltage was at 0.6 and the cells were dry. Added distilled water to the top of the plates and left it on a pulse charger for a week. Back to 100% and the lil guy starts up super easy. Now to service him...

I just wrote an e-mail into support. Do you know the size of the two screws that hold the rear crash bars together underneath the rear tubes? Both of the small rear screws have vibrated and fallen out.

I live in Canada. Does the following matters? The gas funnell does not click-and-stop like it does when filling up a car. How come?

As a scooter/MC all my life , now 80 years, classics have all this nostalgia but it's no fun pushing them around. Forgot this and bought my first bike again , BSA Starfire . Loads a trouble .😵‍💫. I'll stick with my PCX thanks.

Do you know of a low “sporty” windscreen for the et4? I cannot find one for this particular model, they only sell gigantic screens. Or if it’s compatible with any other vespa model. Thanks.

Hi thanks for great videos.. are the bv 350 and bv 400 similar in engine setup other than the cylinderhead? I really like my 350 and want a few more horses and better topspeed. Is it possible to uppgrade the cylinder head and remap the ecu? Does the bv 400 have a catalyst converter in the scilencer?

PIECE OF GOOD ADVICE: don’t fasten the screw within the luggagecomparment. First do the other ones and then TEST if the luggagecomparment opens…..it does? Then fasten the last screw. I found out the hard way it didn not want to open anymore. I could not remove the legcover/shield anyomore because the legshield had one screw within the luggagecomporment….that i couldnt reach anymore. I had to pay a mechanic in the end to fix this. Edit: glovebox, i said lugagecomparment. Not an American, forgive me.

Great video,, but mine must of been blocked to the max as replacing jets cleaned it four times still no power, so it was either a new carb or ultra sonic cleaner. So opted for the new carb just plonked it in connect it up and ran like a new bike from the off and the carb had it's factory setting just the stress free option

34:07 as an owner of leaky Harley Shovelheads I recommend using Teflon tape instead of goop from a tube. Seals very well and is also easy to remove later because it stays in tape/string form so it's easy to get all of it off the screw / out the hole. Also works on screws that vibrate loose like exhaust screws.
