This guy has simplified my projects and saved me hundreds of dollars by giving me the confidence to make my own stuff out of scrap metal. Often heavier duty than stuff bought off the internet or supply stores WITH the pride of making it myself...we need more men like this guy in America. Fabulous DIY'er

Its always nice to see practical competence. So rare these days. But simple? - well maybe, if you already have a sturdy post vise, a drill press and a welder - and know how to use them. And a lot of scrap stock to work with. The limitation of the tool is only makes one diameter. The key part he skipped is how to measure and mark out the lengths.

This tool is formally known as a “bending jig”. thank you for demonstrating your techniques, especially: 1.the video is not enhanced by welding noise nor sparks. You do well to keep them off camera and simulate them with an inactive rod. 2. You display all significant measurements for your students to follow. A simple suggestion: no value is added by recording the cutoff noise. Full circumferential welding of the pipe segments might add excessive cost and effort.

Good idea but you are limited to one size due to the welded outer die size. you would be better off with removable dies of various sizes.
