I saw it coming especially when I heard that the jurors had made their decision after 1:28 minutes, that solidified what I’ve been saying since I heard that she didn’t want to make a plea deal, and now she’s been found guilty on all charges and rightfully so;it’s about time the jurors have done the right thing, but I’d like to know what was the make of the jurors

You know what a 62 year old man dreams about? Turning 63. Turning 75. Turning 84. Seeing his grandkids grow up, and seeing his great grandkids. She took all of that from him. I turned 63 a few months ago. He never will. She could have changed all of that by simply following cop’s instructions, and taking her ass home. I have no sympathy for her at all!

That's a good perspective. Young people tend to be extremely biased about older age, as if your life is just "over" after 50 or something. They won't feel that way if they live to that age. Just because you've lived longer doesn't make the rest of your life any less meaningful.

All she had to do was make that initial 911 call and go on her way or stay til they arrived. Nothing more. She’s demented. You don’t do what she did and just act like your victim was as fault. She brought her punishment on herself. Worse, she unjustly stole a man’s life.

@@dyelbodybuild5601 My eyes are fully functional and so are my memory, experience, and knowledge base. Payne, also has a brown-skinned boyfriend. Do you imagine that racist people all wear hoods and never associate with minorities?! Firstly, you need to truly understand what racism is. It is the belief that all (or the majority) of people who have a specific skin color, all share the same negative traits, characteristics, or behavior. There are lots of racist people who will say things like “my black (or whatever race) coworker is cool. He’s not like other blacks.” They’ll befriend that coworker and try to not use the n-word around them or make any racist comments around them but they still hold their beliefs that “usually” people that look like their coworker, are inherently bad. You don’t have to agree with the above but it is the reality so many people live. It’s one thing to come up against racist people who make it clear as day and never have any friendly discourse with minorities, but then there also the type I just described above. Again, if you heard the comments Payne made to the 911 operator, what do you suppose she meant?!?!?! “They always get away with this stuff.” Who do you imagine “they” is? Do you think she talking about people of his age? Perhaps men in general?

Based on cases like this I have unfortunately decided that I will never come to anybody’s rescue. If I see a kid being kidnapped, I’m not intervening. I feel bad, I feel horrible saying it. But I’m not willing to make a mistake and go to prison for somebody else. Before I would’ve, but now if you make a mistake it was sent to prison. And I’m not saying this next part to be nasty, but mainly applies if you’re white and you do something to somebody who is black. Then I’ll send your payment is a racist and they say it would never happen from a white person to another white person, which is patently and foolishly false. And many people will see my comment and immediately become emotional and angry. But I made a general statement about how the world is working now. I have lost faith in the justice system! YES. She absolutely should have been found guilty because she absolutely was GUILTY!! However. the Kyle Rittenhouse trial, and a few others remind me the ⚖️ system is not fair. What about the cop who killed the young man saying she was reaching for a stun gun. Yes. they found her guilty, but with the sentence she got, they may as well hadn't. And then I look at this character, the color of her skin, her gender, who needed a reason to shoot someone, and she chose to interfere int something that had absolutely NOTHING to do with her. She chased this man down, lied, and pretty much shot him in cold blood!! It makes me sick!!! So yes I hold my breath in these cases. But this is one good one for ⚖️. I hope she cries tears for the life she took, and his family. I pray his spirit is at 🕊️.

So glad she was found guilty. She has been out living her life since 2019. You can tell she has not taken any of this seriously. Look at her hands when she is crying for herself. They are perfect French tip nails. She has been going out and about living her life and expecting to walk away from all this. She needs a huge reality check and I hope the sentence given to her is one that makes sure we never have to see her face in society again. She can take that cross off as well because she sure ain’t going to the good place! Thankfully Kenneth can rest knowing he won’t have to see her even in death. R.I.P Kenneth, you can rest now knowing justice was served. 💔

Then they’ll say your mistake is racist and they say it would never happen from a white person to another white person, which is patently and foolishly false. And many people will see my comment and immediately become emotional and angry. But I made a general statement about how the world is working now. I don’t know if this woman was guilty or not, I haven’t watched the trial yet. But what I said in my comment is absolutely true.
