Would she be charged if she were petite soft spoken , but I agree mind your dam business, I can understand if someone is hurt . Recently a ladie had seizure and was pegged under the truck still on the accelerator and everyone was just standing there shocked I just reached in and turned the car off I didn’t know she was having a seizure I just assumed afterwards because she was foaming out of her mouth. The cops were coming I drove by them but they had a few minutes, but with people trying help people get in more trouble than person already causing for themselves wtf are you to get involved right. I just seen a clip the guy blocked her in a toll booth she crying begging him to move , she try’s to squeeze by hitting his car and he’s filming saying now you committed two felonies , meanwhile it was a little fender bender and this guy caused her a lot of trouble , I’m sure she didn’t have a license but who is this guy to trap her , what if she had a 911

Another example of why not any idiot should be allowed to have a gun.
Unfortunately when someone is acting confused now days, it’s mainly assumed drinking or drugs are involved. Health issues seem to be assumed after. At least the one officer suspected a health issue. And unfortunately a lot of mental illness aren’t considered right away either. It’s sad that someone had to die over his diabetes. Don’t get me wrong I know that drinking and drugs are a huge part of our accidents too. My sympathies go to his family.

This is exactly why I would never drive with a gun in my vehicle. Even though I’m an expert with firearms because of military training. There’s just too many things that can go wrong and the next thing you know you’re in trouble and possibly going to prison. She’s guilty in my opinion because Mr Herring was unarmed.
I’m from the UK and this woman’s behavior is beyond belief. I’ll bet diamonds now she wishes she had just minded her own business and got on with her day. Reminds me of the man who shot another man because he’d parked in a disabled spot and he was illegally parked himself, absolutely nuts! 🇬🇧💜

Very strange looking individual she is. I must say…..Yet another McMichaels vigilante…..situation. It was not her place to chase him down & play cops & robbers. AFTER THE 911 Dispatcher told her not to chase him. Her audacity kicked in. “Stating why not follow him” Then when he hit your car having a medical emergency. You want to go off on him and shoot him. Head you never got in the car and chased him down the road and cornered him. Your truck would’ve never been hit. Let the police do their job. Periodtttt I pray she finds out just like the McMichaels did…..It’s THE BIG HOUSE FROM HERE…..JUSTICE FOR HIS FAMILY. ✊🏾

Prison term on her horizon.
The Amaud Aubrey case made the state of GA repeal the citizens arrest laws and even if the victim grabbed her gun it doesn’t matter Amaud grabbed his aggressor gun also. I don’t see where she has any defense. She chased the victim after being told not to by 911 for a accident that she wasn’t involved in, cut him off, Exited her vehicle, approached the victim vehicle while armed and the unarmed victim is shot by her. She should have apologized to the family and tried to work out a plea agreement. This was a racially motivated killing and she will be convicted.

Rage of all kinds has progressed so much over the last 30 years. Things like this just didn't happen in the 80's and 90s, or if they did, it wasn't very often. And now they happen daily. Makes me wonder what things will be like 30 years from now.

What’s going on in Georgia that people think they can just tell other private citizens what they can do?
She was guilty from the second she continued that chase after that 911 call. She intended to "capture" him. Confine him against his will. NO authority to cut him off, no other reason to give chase, in fact, an authority told her to stop. Wth would she be at his door? With a gun? Arrogant to not plead this out but, I am glad she didn't.
This situation might have easily ended up with the defendant getting shot and killed. She had no idea with whom she was dealing. This is why you let professionals handle these things.

It will be difficult for jurors to align a $100,000 bond with charges levied by prosecutors. She's been free on bond. A $100,000 bond does not suggest that prosecutors view her as a threat to society, nor as a felonious murderer. It will certainly be interesting to see how this proceeds.

I could see a defense for following him. She probably shouldn’t have but I could see the argument one person concerned about a drunk driver following them to make sure if anything happens someone can call 911 right away. What’s indefensible? Getting out of the car with a weapon on you, with the intention of getting in a confrontation. How does that help anything but her sense of what she thought was moral superiority? Even if he was intoxicated, the police likely wouldn’t have put him to death over it. She is at the very very least guilty of intentional manslaughter.
