Thank you , Is the water and rice/dal ratio same when we cook in the open vessel NOT in cooker? If i want to eat the pongal for after 2-3 hours will it still stay the same flowing consistency? How to reheat pongal? If i cook 1 kg rice - how many people can eat it?
