Is it safe to mix oil and ghee together in this recipe? Ginger is not fried in oil+ghee..and added fresh. Suji also added directly without frying... We generally prepare in cooker with rice ,moong and not in open vessel. Generally we ground milagu and jeera and then fry in ghee.. Good method of ghee Pongal.. Thanks for tips shared!

தலைக்கனம் அற்ற நல்ல மனிதர் தீனா அவர்கள். தன் தொழில் அதுவாக இருந்தாலும் அடுத்தவர்களை பாராட்ட பரந்த மனது வேண்டும்

வணக்கம்.கண்ணன் சார் எங்க வீட்டு விஷேசத்துக்கு சமையல் செய்தாங்க. அனைவரும் அனைத்து பதார்த்தங்களும் அருமை என பாராட்டினார்கள். கண்ணன் சார் சைவம் மட்டுமல்லாமல் அசைவமும் மிக மிக அருமையாக சமைப்பார். அவருடைய பிரியாணி அவ்வளவு ருசியாக இருக்கும். அவர் மென்மேலும் வளர வாழ்த்துக்கள். நன்றி.
