Joseph Blair is not a stereotypical vegan. He's a hulking giant at 6'10" and 255 pounds. And players and other coaches in the NBA are taking notice.
Blair is known "The Vegan Coach" on and off the court and his high-profile job as an assistant with the Washington Wizards enables him to talk about the benefits of his diet with some of the biggest names in the sport. He's also inspiring coaches on other teams to improve their health by dunking on plants at dinner.

Joseph is a great example of how to spread the whole plant food message, by example. He said he doesn’t push it on people, but if someone asks him, he’s more than happy to tell them. He leads by example, people notice and want to know more.

Thank you. Just thank you for telling us something about your life, your outlook and your way. While I am about as opposite a human as we can get (short, woman, multiple injuries, battling to move, not into sports etc etc), you are an inspiration to me. Particularly interesting for me was about the inflammation lessening.
