Vagus Nerve & Breathing Exercises for Your Pelvic Floor | GAMECHANGER!

Тәжірибелік нұсқаулар және стиль

Feeling stressed, tensed, or overwhelmed? Give these vagus nerve & breathing exercises for your pelvic floor gamechanger!
Let's take a different approach as to how to build a strong pelvic floor. If you are stressed or tensed, holding your breathing, then you are creating lots of gripping & more tension. That can lead to leaks, pains, prolapse, digestive issues, and more. The goal is to learn how to help calm the nervous system and these tools will do so quickly and learn how to manage the pressure in your abdomen.
How we do the breathing, do the exercises really matters. It's learning how to feel the right muscles working.
