Electrolyte Imbalance: Proper levels of sodium, potassium, calcium, and magnesium are crucial for muscle function.
Micro nutrient Deficiency: Vitamins, minerals, and antioxidants play a significant role in muscle health.
Excessive Muscle Fatigue: Overuse of muscles, as seen in athletes, can lead to cramps.
The Role of Electrolytes and Nutrients
Sodium and Potassium: These electrolytes are vital for nerve signals to reach muscles.
