ತುಂಬಾ ಒಳ್ಳೆಯ ಮಾಹಿತಿಗಳು . ತುಂಬಾ ವರ್ಷಗಳಿಂದ ಬೆಳಿಗ್ಗೆ ಖಾಲಿ ಹೊಟ್ಟೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ನೀರು ಕುಡಿಯುವ ಅಭ್ಯಾಸ ನನಗಿದೆ . ಸುಮಾರು ಮುಕ್ಕಾಲು ಲೀಟರ್ ಕುಡಿದಿರುತ್ತೇನೆ . ಆದರೆ , ಸ್ವಲ್ಪ ಬಿಸಿ ಬಿಸಿ ನೀರನ್ನು ಕುಡಿಯುತ್ತಾ ಇದ್ದೆ . ವೀಡಿಯೋ ನೋಡಿದ ಮೇಲೆ ಅಷ್ಟೊಂದು ಬಿಸಿ ನೀರು ಒಳ್ಳೆಯದಲ್ಲಾ , ಅನ್ನೋದು ತಿಳಿಯಿತು . ಇನ್ನು ಮುಂದೆ ಸ್ವಲ್ಪ ಬೆಚ್ಚಗಿನ ನೀರನ್ನು ಮಾತ್ರ ಕುಡಿಯಲು ಪ್ರಾರಂಭಿಸುತ್ತೇನೆ . ☺️👍
